The hotel is beautiful! The staff was courteous. We drove to St. Louis to attend our son's graduation. This hotel was a welcome after a long drive. The bed was so comfortable. The rooms were clean. I give them a 10 out of 10!

The service was over the top. I stay here often and this was the best experience. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help. Since they have remodeled this is a great hotel for a great price. I am excited for the future enhancements.

This is a hotel we stayed at last summer and I understand some changes are coming to make the mall, old train shed and other outdoor areas attached to the hotel vibrant again. I'm sorry I didn't review at the time. Work became busy, and then I put it off and just realized I did not finish this review. We... More

Rooms were very nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was worth every penny. I especially liked the light show in the Grand Hall. If you like architecture then you'll love this full service hotel !

This hotel is a nice location, but every person that worked at the hotel from parking attendants, customer service were all rude and quite incompetent to complete the job they are being paid for. You do not get what you pay for at all.

My dad and I stayed here before a St. Louis Blues game in April 2016. The location was perfect as it was about 2 blocks from the Scottrade Center. We really appreciated the valet parking, though it cost a little extra we didn't mind. The room was great and we loved the light show at night.

Spectacular, one-of-a-kind hotel. Amazing Union Station lobby. If you like to change it up, and not stay at a generic hotel, this is for you. I stayed in the renovated old building (they also have a more modern part, I think they call the "garden" rooms"). The room was renovated very nicely, large, and not run-of-the-mill. A shower, no tub,... More

I booked this Hotel to have a fun outing after my wife Graduated from Maryville University. Everything was barricaded off for a wedding and another event. The Noise was sickening. This was our worst experience in a Hilton Hotel and we visited many of them (I am gold for the last 8 years).

My wife and I had planned a trip to St. Louis and as i looked on line to pick a hotel I was intrigued by the history and building of this hotel. It is a Hilton property so I knew it should be nice. Located downtown St. Louis about a mile walk from the Cardinal's stadium and the Arch. Our... More

My sister & I (ages 59 & 60) took our elderly parents to St. Louis for a Cardinals game. A friend recommended Union Station Doubletree, having been there to tour it and wished he'd stayed there. Plus, I found it to have the best rate of all the other downtown/close-to-Busch Stadium hotels! It was a top-notch experience from beginning to... More
