Well-done hotel conversion! Hilton has done a great service to this art-nouveau gem. They've retained the beautiful structure and artwork in the main building which includes the registration desk, central lounge, and restaurant. The hotel rooms are much more modern, as is the 90s-legacy mall (currently empty and waiting to be repurposed). The rooms are very comfortable with all the...

Spent 3 nights at hotel. Check in was smooth. Rooms were very nice. Several restaurants within walking distance. $5-10 Uber to Sugarfire Bar B Q. Very nice lobby bar. Only negative was we took the light rail from airport, which would normally be fine, but because of construction, it was too long of a walk from station to hotel.

The location is great because of the choices of restaurants you have within walking distance which help cut costs of having to get a taxi or an Uber. The lobby of the St. Louis Union Station Hotel formerly was the "great hall" of Union Station, the busiest railroad station in the United States up until the 1950s. It was 1978 when this building, now a Hilton hotel gem, last saw a train. Architects carved a modern hotel out of the station with an eye to the building's history....

Thank you for taking time out of your day to give us some honest feedback about your recent stay. The history of Union Station is absolutely amazing. When you look into the Grand Hall you can almost envision the time as to how it was during the times the trains were coming and going into Union Station. I'm glad that...

This hotel is really an incredible part of St. Louis. The site is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Qionna in the concierge/executive lounge was simply amazing. She knew everyone by name after meeting them once and provides incredibly efficient and friendly service. The hotel is a bit removed from some of the nightlife but is walkable.

Union Station St Louis is two hotels in one. Out under the old train shed is a new building, modern design, Doubletree class rooms. In the old head house is the old terminal hotel, and for ambiance and service it approaches world class. I have to warn you, this property is historically old, so ADA accommodations are not as convenient...

One night stay at the hotel. Very cool building (the old union station). The light show they do in the evening may be cool for kids, but don't work your schedule around to see if if you are sans-kids. Nice concierge lounge if you are a Hilton Diamond member (nice snacks, but drinks are extra). Rooms were huge (we had...

Stayed here while attending a conference with three others. Rented 2 rooms for three days/2 nights. Reservations were made using Conference discount. After not receiving a confirmation email, I called to make sure they had them. Nope, so I made them again. Later found original confirmation number. So I called back verified the original and cancelled the second set. This...

This is a very unique and historic hotel with some limited amenities mostly because of the construction and upgrades they are currently doing to the hotel. I am looking forward to traveling back to this hotel once everything is completed. After doing valet parking the attendant Jason was very helpful. My biggest disappointment is house keeping the bathroom had dust...

I stayed here for a conference. The location is wonderful to walk around and explore the city. The front desk were wonderful in providing suggestions of places to visit and eat.
