I wish I had good things to say about this place, but alas, there are none. I stayed here a few weeks ago. The only reason I have waited on posting this review is because I emailed the manager directly to give them a chance to respond, but never heard anything back. Clearly they don't actually care about customer service...

Ok, so first, they couldn't find any record of our reservation....it was made months in advance of a downtown wedding. Then, we finally get to the room and we find a moldy bathroom and no blackout shade on half of the Windows. It was gross. Not 4 stars at all. Then, when we reached out about our experience, NO RESPONSE...

Great place to book for an overnight stay or weekend trip! Located only a few blocks away from the Arch and Busch's stadium. We easily walked from the hotel to the baseball game in less than 10-12 minutes. Hotel breakfast area is a little dated but had lots of different breakfast options to choose from. Would stay here again!

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Good complimentary breakfast. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Located near downtown, however, off the beaten path so to speak. Restaurants within walking distance.

First of all, I booked my room with king bed and a pull out for 4 adults back in March. Upon arrival they could not find my reservation anywhere. I showed them my confirmation email and they took 40+ mins to find a room for me. We had to park a couple blocks away because the parking lot behind hotel...

We were there for a concert at Scott Trade and a Baseball game. We stayed 2 nights, with no problems at all. Check in was easy, took time because they were training someone. Rooms are old, our was clean, had hot water, nice shower head. Breakfast was as good as you would get anywhere else. Staff was very pleasant. Not...

Reading the reviews AFTERbooking my reservation had me scared. But I was pleasantly surprised! I don't see why the bad reviews. I thought the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was 51 channels, can't beat the location. The breakfast was really good! We parked a block over and it was $16 for 24 hours. I loved the huge thick...

Hotel lost their Omni franchise; it was once a grand hotel. Safe, clean rooms. Within walking distance to convention center and restaurants. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Free breakfast included.

The receptionists were always polite. The employees, location, and Continental breakfast (cereals, pastries, waffle and pancake maker, coffee, eggs, sausage, buscuits and gravy) were the best parts of our stay. The rooms were nothing to write home about- the beds pillows, and linens weren't bad but also weren't super comfortable. We had a king bed room with two pillows we...
