I had the delicious experience of spending a couple of nights at the charming, historic Yates House B&B in Rocheport, Mo. The beauty and history of the setting on the KATY Trail along the Missouri River offered biking, walking, birding, and serenity. Dixie and Conrad are generous hosts who have thought of everything to make their guests as comfortable as...

The beautiful historic house provides every luxury any one would want while staying in the country. Original artwork, antiques, terrific multi course breakfast, relaxing garden, and overall peace and quiet. Conrad and Dixie are perfect hosts. The village of Rocheport is a 19th century time warp with antique stores, a couple of good restaurants and lots of opportunities for outdoor...

Will definately be back! Most delicious breakfast I have ever had. The food was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. Beds were snuggly, slept like a baby, great bed linens. Wonderful little town, cute shops, friendly, and welcoming.

We stayed for two nights as a much needed getaway without the kids. The whole property was spotless and the hospitality was the best we've experienced. Conrad and Dixie were friendly and made us feel right at home. Homemade cookies at night, complimentary soft drinks in the room and the best breakfasts we've ever had. We also rented bikes and...

We love this B&B. The owners, Dixie & Conrad, are very welcoming and make us feel right at home. The rooms are immaculate, the gardens are beautifully maintained and Dixie's breakfast is the best we've had at any B&B, and we've been to quite a few. We stay at the Yates House a couple of times a year as a...

We have been to quite a few B & B's but one of our favorites is Yates House! The Location is great - in between two big cities and close to a large college town. It's nestled in Rocheport, a quiet & relaxing place with everything you need. Gift shops, great food - Dixie cooks the best breakfast in town...

The owners of the Yates House are the most caring couple. Dixie is an excellent cook, so there is an abundance of food along with the best cookies for snacking anytime. Their house is only a block from the Katy Trail which makes it great for riding bikes on the trail. They plan package weekends which have included a wine...
