Pam and Rob own this lovely B & B and are very friendly and hospitable, you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Our bed was very comfortable. The inclusive walk by Rob to the adjacent Maori Pa was very interesting from where we walked down to the secluded beach just behind their property. For the adventurous there are...

My family (husband, 23-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter) stayed here for two nights. The rooms were very comfortable -- clean and nicely decorated with plenty of space for all of us and all the comforts of home. Our hosts were extremely helpful, giving us information on how to get around, where to go for meals, what to see, and providing...

Pam and Rob are the perfect hosts - Rob with his knowledge of the area and NZ in general - great description of the earthquake zones and techtonic plates ! We loved the location of Ferry Landing Lodge and their owners so much on our first trip in Feb 07, that we decided to get married there. The house has fantastic views across to Whitianga, with the convenience of the foot ferry at the bottom of the garden taking you to the town for restaurants and shops. Being near Cooks...

Pam and Rob were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and they are also able to give recommendations for the next stop on your tour. The lodge is clean and comfortable and has plenty...

Ferry Landing is located within easy driving distance of all the historic and scenic points of interest. The ferry picks up passengers almost at the bottom of the garden for the very short trip to Whitianga which is handy for restaurants. Restaurants are very handy and you can leave the car behind. The main interest is on the Ferry Landing...

Pam and Rob Wigmore are delightful hosts.... and their lodge is ideally located for visits to local attractions (e.g., Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach) in this area of the Coromandel Peninsula. During our stay we were also interested in a fishing excursion and Pam managed to link us up with Rod Goodlet and his R&R charters and boy did we...
