We stayed for a week in a superior room - would recommend paying a little extra as it was a huge room with kitchenette, dining table and lounge area, as well as a nice verandah with a lovely rural view. Nice pool, good value for money and very helpful staff.

Very old rundown accommodation.I slept on two single beds joined togetherwith a nasty ridge to lie on.There were lots of broken springs also.I covered the ridge with a pillow for comfort. The wire door fell off,the phone and TV didnt work.and the hot water was difficult to get from pushing a button! The staff were lovely and food good, but i would not recommend staying there.

Rooms were well spread out and facilities were great. Ping pong, billards, pool, spa and ample parking. The staff were fantastic and very attentive to the needs of all customers. Very helpful at all times.

My superior room was lovely and spacious. Very clean room and bathroom. The breakfast served each morning was lovely and dinners were nice. The coffee shop offered a light lunch of toasted sandwiches but you are also within walking distance of cafes and shops. There is also a bar at the hotel. The staff are all friendly and polite and make a real effort in learning the guests names. I would most definitely stay here on my next visit to Norfolk Island.

My Husband & I enjoyed a 14 night escape to Norfolk in January 2021. We are so happy we chose to stay at the South Pacific Resort. The staff were absolutely fantastic, Wendy was pretty much running the Hotel and doing a fantastic job ... we had an issue after one week when a noisy neighbor, Wendy moved us without hesitation to a quiet room with more space, nothing was too much trouble. AJ, Princess and Leah were always attentive at breakfast & often around the resort, bar or reception. The hotel is well situated easy walk into town and straight across the road to the RSL. We used the pool area almost daily and it was always kept beautiful and clean. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.
