The Tin Sheds is a boutique group of three beautifully appointed apartments with every luxury feature you could want and they are managed by one of the nicest ladies you will meet . . . Just call her Tarsh.
This accommodation is absolutely terrific. It is impossible NOT to relax in such a well appointed unit with an alfresco setting that is stunning. Natasha, who picked us up from the airport and "checked us in" is friendly, professional and nothing was a problem. We were fortunate to stay for a week in this magnificent destination and being accommodated at The Tin Sheds capped off one of our most relaxing holidays ever. We will be back.
We had the most beautiful stay in apartment 2 at The Tin Sheds. Tash, the manager, is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The grounds, pool and Pleasure Centre are a wonderful addition to this complex. The apartment itself is the most beautifully appointed apartment we have ever stayed in. Comfortable gigantic king bed, luxurious bathroom with spa, lazy boy recliners, modern kitchen with everything that opens and shuts. There is also a great outdoor BBQ area and private courtyard. The Tin Sheds is incredibly private and in a fabulous location, walking distance to our favourite cafe, The Olive. Book your holiday here now or you'll miss out!
Great accomodation that is very well maintained and clean. Appartments have everything you need for a self contained relaxing holiday. The fiat vehicles are no-longer included nor available. A mobile phone is supplied. The quality of furniture, fixtures and appliances are of a high standard... wait till you use the stove top! Great location just a short walk to town centre and coffee shops. Definitely recommend for a touch of luxury on the Island. The only downside is there are no views and in the 6 nights I stayed, there was no housekeeping which I found surprising. The sheets and towels are wearing a bit thin which was a shame, as apart from that those issues it was a great stay. Natasha the host was very helpful. Apartment 3 is the largest but also is next to the carports and noise from the pool/spa. …
This place is amazing !! Cannot say enough good things about our stay here. Only disappointment was not enough days spent here. Great location, every convenience catered for & beautifully appointed throughout. Lovely hosts to top it off. Hope to return some day.
Well done Natasha, beautifully presented accommodation. This self contained apartment has everything that you could hope for whilst on holiday, home away from home. It was spacious, comfortable, clean with pool, spa sauna, gym, your own barbecue and Foxtel. I always consider the sleeping arrangements in my reviews and this place has a massive king size bed, very comfortable and the pillows were ok. Tea and coffee were provided with a pod coffee machine. As the property relied on tank water we didn't have to buy bottled water as the drinking water was excellent and chilled. Wont hesitate to return.
The Tin Shed complex consists of 3 separate apartments. The facilities are excellent with a small gym, spa pool with deck chairs, massage room, and a library. Our apartment came with a small Fiat500 car which was incredibly handy for getting around the island. Location- Just 2 minutes walk to the Burnt Pine shopping area with cafes, restaurants and clubs. It’s also only a short drive to the World Heritage listed Kingston area. We were picked up from the airport by Natasha & shown to our deluxe apartment 3 which consisted of a very spacious combined kitchen, dining and living room. The bedroom was again extremely roomy with a large king size bed. The bathroom was enormous which could have been made into two! The apartments are more like a mini house. Our apartment also had a large private entertaining covered veranda with a bbq and dining table. Overall - Tin Sheds offers comfortable clean spacious apartments with all the facilities one needs for self catering. Added bonuses was the free wifi, gas fireplace, DVD player, Foxtel Chanel’s, & 2hr bus tour. Tin Sheds Is the only place to stay for comfort and location. …
It’s not often you get a chance to stay in accomodation where all the reviews are excellent, and The Tin Sheds lives up to all the hype. Beautiful accomodation with everything looked after. Thanks Natasha. From zipping around the island in our little blue fiat with the top down to dining at Hilli’s and visiting the historic Kingston it was all great but coming back to the apartment at the end of each day was special. Highly recommended.
We were met at the airport by the lovely Natasha and taken to our beautiful accommodation, room 2 at the Tin Sheds. Oh my gosh, this place is beautiful. I loved our room and the lovely, totally private wall-off deck. The kitchen was amazing with everything you could possibly want or need, laundry facilities, free Wi-Fi and our bed was so comfy. All in all Tin Sheds was absolutely perfect. Small tip however, choose either rooms 1 or 2 as they are the quietest and away from the crowing rooster that is a paddock behind room 3!
My partner and I stayed in the stand alone apartment villa 3. Wow. The accommodation was a wonderful asset to our week long stay. It is spacious with many luxurious touches and high end finishes throughout the apartment. A well equipped large kitchen a very large bathroom with a double shower and corner spa, a large and comfortable bed, a comfortable and large living area that opens out to a generous covered wrap around barbecue and outdoor dining deck. It felt incredibly private with surrounding gardens adding to the feel of comfort and relaxation. It is well located close to the village amenities, cafes, restsurants, supermarket and more. The addition of the quirky and comfortable fiat convertible adds to the island experience. The hosts Shane and Jane welcomed us with a friendly start to our week long stay while Natasha went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. This outstanding accommodation also offered a relaxing plunge pool with adjoining spa, a massage room and sauna which we made use of during our stay. The Tin Sheds is a fantastic place to stay and indulge yourself, a wonderful base for us to have to explore this picturesque and friendly island with an interesting history. We accessed all of the islands natural treats including snorkelling at Slaughter Bay and Emily Bay, purchasing fresh trumpeter fish direct from the fishermen on Kingston wharf, along with delicious meals that included The Milli restaurant, Dinos, The Bowling club, The RSL, The Fish and Chook shop which we ordered takeaway and enjoyed a lovely sunset at Puppy's Point, and we dined at many local Cafes including The a Golden Orb, The Olive and others. We also experienced many scenic vistas including Norfolk Islands own version of the apostles at Captain Cook Point and we even paddled in Anson Bay that we had all to ourselves. We explored the world heritage site in Kinston with its convict ruins and restored buildings. A fantastic time in Norfolk Island. We thoroughly recommend others to indulge and stay at the Tin Sheds.…
