This was a mostly good experience. What was great: - Very good breakfast variety everyday - Staff was friendly and informative - They have the very best shuttle driver!!! Mr. Henry was just the best. He gave us excellent suggestions for dinner and places to visit. He always had a smile and was always on time to take us where...

Rooms are old and the beds squeak and creak so much that it is impossible to get a good night sleep. You can even hear from the room above. The outside looks that it needs some paint and the bathrooms also could benefit of a little improvement. Breakfast is still nice but the manager's reception in the evening is getting...

Old style Residence Inn and in need of updating. The smoke detector in our room was covered by a plastic grocery bag? The hair dryer was barely attached to the wall. The faucet was loose. Just tired and old. There are lots of choices in KC. This is below average for any Marriott. Below expectations. We were on a soon...

Stayed here with my father for an overnight, so we could see a Royals game. The suites were clean and comfortable. The location is on the edge of an "iffy" side of town. Our check in/out process was great and the woman behind the desk was friendly and informative. My only concern was how loud it could get in the...

Pros: Clean, roomy, well maintained, good breakfast, good TV reception, close to Crown Center and downtown, ample free parking, full kitchen with sink, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dishes, silverware Cons: rather expensive, $300 for a two bedroom/ two bath on a Saturday night in August Check-in was rather slow and even though I had used mobile check-in it did not...

This Residence Inn is located within a few blocks of downtown KC. The Country Club Plaza and Westport area is located 1-3 miles in the other direction. This property is one of the original Residence Inns. It's a three story building. There are no elevators so if you can't climb stairs make sure you request a ground floor room. All...

The rooms are ok but they are some age. The hotel has various buildings and 3 floors, outdoor entrances and (no elevators) so if your room is on the 3rd floor you are carrying all your luggage to the 3rd floor. The rooms have a decent size to them and seemed to be pretty quiet although where the carpet met...

Stopped for a night driving from colorado to Illinois. I chose this hotel for the space and they noted they were "pet friendly'. 1 bedroom studio gave us the space we needed for the family and our mid sized dog. However upon check in I reminded the front desk person we have a dog, as we noted in the reservation....

Loved staying here. Other than some loud music for a couple of hours, the place is great. Breakfast included. Right on main street you can access the city Power and light district easily. Hotel includes a shuttle which can take you 4 miles around the complex, anywhere.

Stayed here for 2 weeks for my husband's work in downtown KC. It felt more like an apartment complex than a hotel, but with great breakfasts and evening mixers! :) We rented the 2nd Flr. 2-bedroom unit. No elevator but only 2 short flights of stairs. Parking in front of the building was plentiful. The beds are comfortable and the...
