First, the front desk, guest service staff and valet were wonderful. Very friendly and quick. I would recommend doing valet as that just makes parking easier. However, we were put in the older building and it was unimpressive. For the money I spent for a one night at the Marriott I was expecting a nicer room. (The Aladdin had much...

The hotel is conveniently located next to the convention center and some of the city's hot spots. My room was in the Muehlebach tower which is a cross-walk away from the main hotel. It was a little further away from the main lobby and you had an extra step to get access to the sleeping rooms but not too terribly...

for the price, I expected excellence. Not a analog TV with very poor reception. Not wobbly old night stands, no usb plug ins for phone chargers. I paid 230 for one night.... It should be better Than this.

Stayed on business- location was fantastic. Found the room clean and viable but the furniture and bathroom really shows the age of the hotel, and that its ready for a re-vamp! Mattress was very soft- to the point where my back was hurting the entire trip- and many fellow travelers were confused by the two Marriott Hotels located a few...

We are in our final stages of planning and all of the furniture and décor will be changing in all of our guest rooms. We are all very excited for the changes and the new look our guest rooms will have. I do...

I stayed here for a convention and my room was in the main tower. It was clean, comfortable and offered the quality you expect from Marriott. The staff was outstanding at every turn. Meeting spaces were plentiful and well-kept. While my room was in the main tower, I did go into a room in the other tower and can see...

First, let me say I am not a hotel snob. Generally hotels are places to sleep and I am only in them long enough to do that. But, I was on a business trip and this was the recommended hotel and having been at many, many Mariott hotels over the years, I did found this one lacking. The rooms were...

I've stayed here many times before. The staff is attentive and the concierge lounge is large with great staff. The rooms, however, need a refresh. There were very few plugs in the room with the main plug being directly behind the bed. I was here for work and didn't have a lot of downtime but CNN didn't work on my...

Attending a large meeting, and was relegated to the Muelbach Tower, despite an early check-in and a really high Marriott status. The furniture in the room is all nicked up, the door looks like it's been kicked around a few times too. A long way away from the lobby and resources like the executive lounge. This isn't a Motel 6,...

I cannot believe this place has received negative reviews simply because "it is a long walk through the skywalk if your room is in Muelebach Tower". Really? The place is great, and a 2 minute stroll through an enclosed skywalk is nothing to get to the lobby or gym. Heck if you are headed to a workout at the gym...
