Thank you for your review. Very soon we will be replacing all bedding and that will include all pillows. We will also be re structuring our entry to make it more visible and accessible.

I do hope you received my earlier response to your on line remarks.
I have stayed here on business many times over the last few years. It's old and getting worn but no improvements are being made. Neither lobby nor breakfast area is nice, it's an odd layout. Internet is slow and poor wireless reception.

MAJOR changes are underway beginning Sept 2016 to be completed by mid 2017. These improvements will directly address those issues you mention.
Room was Outdated, stains on wall and ceiling, Mattress was Old, Would be nice if it was updated to a pillowtop, all the signs on the interstate says newly remodeled, not even close....customer service was good, no problem.

The updating process is a continual one--New mattresses new paint and all new bedding is currently in the process and should be completed by Dec. 2016.
