I apologize for the smell, we recently installed new carpeting which has left a bit of an odor throughout the hotel. We are working to get the odor out of the rooms and building. This night was horrible! The bed was so bad that I only got 2 hours sleep, my wife heard me moaning in pain all night Nd both of us hurt so bad we could hardly walk in the morning. He back still hurts 4 days later! The only chair at the desk had the fabrics so stained it was sickening...

I apologize for the condition of the carpet at the time of your stay. Yes we are in the process of installing new carpet in all areas. Thank you for bringing to my attention the lack of vacuuming in the rooms. I assure you that housekeeping has been retrained on the issue.
