My girlfriend and I stayed at the two and a half bedroom casita for a week from January 7-14. Marcelo was there to greet us, and make sure we settled in nicely. The casita was very comfortable, cosy, with a lovely Mexican decor; very authentic. In the kitchen with a full size fridge and four burner stove, and toaster oven....

I have stayed her twice now. It is a very small place, I had a little suite with a bedroom, cooking area, and sitting area, with a shared balcony. It is very comfortable,. The washroom had good hot water. If it were me, I would paint it a white--the dark greenish colour is pretty, but it makes it feel somewhat closed...

My cousin and I stayed in the Jungle Penthouse for 11 nights over Christmas and New Years. Marcello was very nice and easy to deal with. The place itself is located about two minutes from the main plaza and about four minutes from the beach. The small bedroom with a single bed was a bit cramped but stayed nice and...

My husband and I stayed in the Jungle Penthouse. So much room and all the amenities you could ask for. Stove, mini fridge, loungers on the deck, sitting room, and two bedrooms - one is lockable, though we felt the entire area secure and safe. Three blocks to the beach. We were afraid we would be too far!! The Casitas...

I stayed in the 1br by myself and it was such a nice, clean and cozy little hideaway. The place was spacious, had everything I needed and I felt safe as a solo traveller because there is a locked gate and the windows were break-in proof. The location is absolutely ideal, it's so close to town yet not right in...

Marcelo is a wonderful host, he even came and picked us up in his golf cart after we got dropped off by the bus and had no...

We loved our stay here! It's very beautiful, quite, clean and built with a lot of taste. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe! The location is great, close to everything! The owner was easy to communicate with both before and during the stay and was very nice and kind. We wished we stayed longer.

Hi Valery! Thanks so much for your review! Sorry about the hot water in the shower, I wish you told me about it when you came, the problem was just the water heater pilot that for some reason was off. But the 2.5 bedroom suite and all the other units have hot water. I hope to see you another time!

My husband and I spent 8 nights here in early March. This was our first visit to Mexico and we're so glad we chose Sayulita. We felt very safe in our Casita and were only a 5 min walk to the city centre and the beach. Marcello was very kind and helpful and so was everyone else we met in...

“The Jungle Penthouse is a wonderful open air perch to see wildlife. With the half walls, you feel like you're outside, yet protected from the elements. However, if you're a light sleeper, you may want a more enclosed room to mute the noises from dogs, roosters, and music when the town rocks on the week ends.”
