I stayed in this casa for 2 nights (20cuc per night), and it was my best stay in Cuba.Jose was waiting for me at the bus station as arranged over the phone. Juan and Olga are the perfect host! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Beautiful clean rooms with TV, a/c & Perfectly located. We stayed at the casa for 4 nights and had a pleasant visit. Excellent location, two blocks from Parque Cespedes and a couple good restaurants nearby. The room was clean and cared for, and considering we were on the main drag we really never needed to close the window because it was noisy. The traffic can start early. The breakfasts...

Altough we had a "BB Inn Vinales"- reservation for 1 night that we reconfirmed well in time 2 days prior to arrival the owners of "Casa Olga y Jose- Balcon de Bayamo" didn´t hold the reservation and told us some non-credible and flimsy excuses.
