One of the most disgusting hotels i've ever seen! Deep soviet union, dirty, no hot water, not friendly staff! No shampoo in the bath, very old furniture. Dirty windows... you can easily find much nicer places in Vladimir!
I stayed for 2 nights in this hotel. Not really designed for tourists and not too much to do there. The Czech Restaurant is quite ok. You get internet with a special code, which is working slowly. If you can choose something else!
The building is super old. The higher you get with the elevator, the more it looks like you are going back in the past.
