First time in Ireland visiting family. Travelled with husband, teenager and toddler. A good base for traveling between family and Belfast. We arrived early morning from the boat and check in wasn't until 2pm, they sorted a room out so we could get in early. All the staff were friendly and helpful in the hotel, restaurant and bar. The family...

The hotel is a great location as a base for travelling around Northern Ireland as it's not far from the airports and is right next to the m1 and very close to Belfast. We went to the Titanic Centre and the Giants Causeway, and dark hedges which was all amazing and Belfast itself.

We have visited here on many occasions for a couple of drinks. The service is often very slow and you can wait ten minutes to order drinks even when it's not busy, however, the staff are friendly. We have never eaten in the restaurant although it is always busy. Inside could definitely do with being redecorated. It is very local...

Accommodation part was excellent however restaurant and bar not so good. Ran out of draught beer all weekend and evening meals always involved a long wait as they were fully booked. I realise fully booked is a sign of good food which it was however some arrangements should be made to provide for guests as a priority.

We had a pleasant stay. It was good to have a shopping centre right next to the premier inn which had marks and spencer, next, boots and other shops. For dinner there was the hotel restaurant and Frankie and Benny was within walking distance. If you have kids there is a McDonalds as well within walking distance. The staff were...

Stay here regularly on business, as the company use Premier Inn. Not the best, but the beds are good and the rooms ok, albeit with paper thin walls so earplugs recommended unless you want to hear everything! Breakfast buffet is good and free WiFi is ok as it's free, but you could upgrade to the premium Wi-Fi if required for...

Was with a friend yesterday in your hotel. Nice surroundings but tables weren't cleaned I had to clear the table myself where I wanted to sit. Getting a drink at the bar was a challenge long wait and staff wasn't very approachable. Felt I was more at a mc donalds than a hotel. Customer service skills were very poor.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. I'm really sorry to hear that your experience wasn't a great one from when you arrived, as you shouldn't need to clean your table before you even sit down. It's also disappointing to hear that there was a long wait at the bar and the staff weren't approachable....

Needed to be close to Belfast as our daughter had been admitted to hospital, but didn't want to stay in city centre. This premier inn was close enough and ideal under the circumstances. As expected this premier inn was grand for the night, quite clean and comfortable.

Hotel itself grand, loved the bed and shower. Regarding the restaurant, breakfast and early staff were good. We arrived on Friday night, no Harp available (taps turned off), Carlsberg ran out, only Bud left , Saturday night Bud ran out, only Guinness and Smithwicks, poor show. Evening staff were not helpful, a waitress told me the bar closed 23.15, went...

Excellent accomodation and lovely shower room, very welcomed after a late night as well as very comfortable bed. Unfortunately not impressed with the cooked breakfast. Slightly over priced for quality of food although service was fine.
