This was our first stay at Heritage Lodging and we were more than pleased!!! We stayed in the Gold Room - which was beautifully decorated and had a nice garden sized tub with jets. Overall, we were just really impressed with the location (walking distance to shops, restaurants, Hermanoff winery, Tin Mill Brewery, etc.), service (Linda and Oden were so... More

My husband and I loved our first experience at Heritage Lodging. We went with several other couples who make the trip to Hermann every year for Octoberfest and we were very excited to get to join them this year. They had stayed at Heritage for several years prior so I was confident that we would have a great stay. Heritage... More

We absolutety loved our stay at Heritage Lodging. Linda picked us up at the Amtrak so we didn't have to wheel our luggage for 3 blocks which was great, but we also found out you can call the Hermann Trolley ahead of time [--] or e-mail them at [--] & they will pick you up, as well. Linda & Olan... More

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay at Heritage Lodging. The room was spacious and nice. Linda was so helpful, suggesting restaurants and places to visit, even offering to personally drive us up to Stone Hill Winery! The breakfast was absolutely wonderful -- fruit, french toast, cinnamon rolls, egg caserole, and more. Even better, the price was significantly less... More

We returned to Heritage Lodging after having a good experience last year. I was little leary after reading a couple negative reviews. Everything was perfect. Linda and Olan were just as nice and non-obtrusive as last year. They live off the property and we only saw them for check in and breakfast daily. They will give you as much or... More

We had the best time at Heritage Lodging to celebrate our anniversary. The owners' son, Hoyt, meet us to show us our room and we didn't see him again until breakfast. I disagree about the "intrusive hospitality"--it was quite the opposite in my opinion. Friendly and helpful, but not instrusive at all. We stayed in the Gold room and loved... More

I would have to describe it as 'intrusive hospitality'. The owners were very kind and gracious, but they are "in your face" hosts. We never once felt like the place was ours to enjoy. We were given constant reminders that we were just using the place, and it was theirs. They don't let you choose a time for breakfast. They... More

The mattress was perfect, the room was clean, and the hosts were very sweet... but I would not return. I felt that the Gold Room was a fire hazard. The bedroom did not have any windows, nor did the bathroom. The Gold and Rose rooms are not conducive to getting a good night's sleep because of the early morning clanking... More

As first time visitors to Hermann we based our B&B selection on prior reviews on trip advisor, paying special attention to the breakfast reviews. Linda and Olan were very friendly hosts providing many tips to make our trip better. The breakfast was served buffet style, with so much food that going back for seconds wasn't a problem. We stayed in... More

I found this B&B when I was trying to put a Christmas present together for my husband..........I wanted to take him on a wine weekend getaway and with the Hermann Wine Trails I had selected this B&B for the value and found a gem of a place. Linda and Olan are wonderful they definately make you feel like family and... More

“The Rose room is a little loud at night because of the bar located next door, but it has a great view of the city. The Gold Room is quieter but there aren't any windows in the room.”
