After experiencing the worst customer service ever as a HiltonHonors member from the Hampton Inn Litchfield, IL; I was pleasantly surprised with the exceptional customer service I received from Heather at this Drury family property. I have never stayed at a Pear Tree Inn or Drury property and did not know what to expect. Heather was quick to welcome us...

Clean room, clean bathroom, quick check-in, nothing special about the breakfast. Comfortable bed, quiet room. $70 plus tax about $80 for a Sunday night stay. Room had 2 queen beds. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay with no frills this is it. I would stay here again.

This was a quick trip for myself and my brother. We were able to book the room with little trouble. We arrived a little early and they let us check in anyway. While there at the check-in counter I witnessed an irate customer that was asking the clerk to do something that was against company policy. She handled the person...

I stayed here because the hotel our company usually puts us up at was booked. This hotel was very nice, exceptionally clean, and the staff was very friendly. They do offer continental breakfast, but the oatmeal was skipped because it was terribly thin. But otherwise it was a decent continental breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Had family members at Barnes Hospital and needed a quiet place as a base. We asked for a quiet room with 2 queen beds. With that, we got a fresh-smelling, very clean room with a refrigerator, microwave, blow dryer, iron, flat screen tv with plenty of great channels from which to choose, plenty of outlets for all our digital gear,...

Had a second stay at this hotel this weekend. It was an unexpected stay very late at night and stayed there specifically because I enjoyed my stay last time. Good rates, very comfortable bed and pillows. My only critique is that the outer lobby isn't heated, which makes it uncomfortable in winter doing the night check-ins. So, I had to...

The pear tree by the airport offers three alcoholic beverages in the evening, and I thought this was standard, but I guess not. Very disappointed. Our room was extremely warm and no way to cool it down, I guess they turned off the air. Breakfast was standard but a bit better with real oatmeal, but no eggs.

Stayed at the Pear Tree in on a road trip to Vegas this past week. Hotel was neat and clean. Very comfortable bed. Traveling with 2 large dogs, but everything was smooth. Great place to walk dogs outside, felt safe and secure.

I prefer to stay in parts of St. Louis that I'm familiar with and this was fairly close to where I needed to go. The streets are tricky here, so you might have to go up and do the U-turn but it's in a safer area than a lot of other hotels. AAA said they serve sodas in the lobby...

Thanks so much for the feedback. We will definitely contact AAA regarding the listing of our amenities as we want to ensure we are creating accurate expectations. In addition, I am sorry that you had difficulty finding the hotel. Since we are right off the outer road we can definitely look to improve our signage and indicators for finding the...
