Someone mentioned in another review that the front desk staff was unfriendly. We did not have a problem with any of them. We stayed three nights and encountered three different people, who were all pleasant. The breakfast was good- eggs, biscuits, gravy, bread items, and make your own waffles. The gravy was awesome. The staff did several checks and refilled items. Our problem was that no one cleaned our room the entire time we were there. No beds were made. No trash taken out. No toilet paper restocked. I could have let it slide slightly as a result of Covid, but there was no notice stating that services were not happening. My mom found a cigarette butt in the bathroom, we found a bandage by one of the beds, and in one of the drawers we found a package of microwave popcorn and two receipts from May. We stayed in mid-June. When I asked for more toilet paper and stated that no one had cleaned our room, I was told that the housecleaning staff is not good and does not do their job. They would make sure our room was taken care of that day, but we were checking out- so, it didn't matter. If you are planning on staying more than one night, you may have to put in a specific request to have your room checked.

First..this place is like finding a needle in a haystack. (If you get to the medical center you've gone too far)
They were just coming out of Covid 19 mode. The fellow at the front desk was very nice.
Our room was clean, but worn. Cigarette burns in the carpet. Holes in the cabinet top. The in room freezer had a brown icy glaze in the freezer.
Beds were comfy. Temperature control was good.
No breakfast because of Covid restrictions.

Thi is a very comfortable place to stay. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly. Room amenities were quite nice. We have come to rely on Quality Inn when we travel. This location did not disappoint. It’s sad the COVID climate has closed some of the extra features. This hotel has a lot to offer.

This hotel is really nice and clean. I have stayed at some Quality Inns that lacked Quality but this one is outstanding. For the price and location it is perfect. It is clean and the staff is awesome. Breakfast is minimum but lots of places close to eat. If you want a clean room and great price I highly recommend

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!!!! I book my stay through Hotels.com. During my stay someone gained access to my room at 10:20 pm. I called the desk and was told that there is nobody in the hallway. Then got a call 5 minutes later stating that they told a pizza delivery guy to not come back. I asked for my room keys to be deactivated because of this issue. The next day I had to go back down to the desk twice to get a key card that would work and they blamed electronic devices will deactivate the keys. Just another excuse and story. The Manger of the hotel happens to be there at my time of checkout because another guest had their belonging locked in a room and could not get in. They had to provide that guest a different room without their belongings. I asked for video footage of the night prior and was told they would send it to me. After several days I called Quality Inn corporate office for a request of refund and was told I have to call Hotels.com for this request. After doing so I was told they made contact with the hotel and the manager said no one had gained entry into me room and denied my refund. Now I have been told 3 different stories and have a child that is frighted to stay in another hotel. I will no longer use quality Inn or hotels.com for any future reservations.

Had a reservation and the hotel cancelled it because we booked for $110 and they raised their rates and I could book for $640 for the same room. They lie. They said they were doing renovations. But after they cancelled it, u could rebook for $640. Do not trust this hotel with your reservation.

I never leave reviews, I utilize them regularly for most purchases and services. Usually it works out pretty well. Here it is: the photos looked fine, the reviews were glowing, the price was right. Extra talk about following Covid-19 guidelines for disinfecting as well as requiring employees and guests to wear face masks. The hotel was not clean. The two people working the desk wore their face masks below their chin during check in. Guests came in and out without masks. The room had an odor, like damp animal fur and sadness. I tried not to look too hard at the place because I was exhausted and needed to sleep. The bathroom ceiling & walls were moldy, the shiny surfaces were not shiny, the smooth surfaces were crusty, the toiled seat looked repurposed and scarred, and the lock was missing the deadbolt. I stayed one night in clothing on top of the sheet with my hoody zipped. The next morning I moved on (without a shower) to Virginia to another Quality Inn and Suites and it's just fine, so phew....what can I tell you except traveler beware if the Quality Inn & Suites in Columbia I-70 looks good to you. I should have slept in my car.

stayed one night for a tournament with my softball team. there was mold on the walls and in the fridge. the bathroom floor was sticky and the shower was gritty. i dropped something under the bed and i found a pair of shorts still there and trash under the bed. i asked for another blanket amd some towels because there were 5 people in my room and they came at 11:30 pm with no blanket and instead of towels they gave us floormats. the breakfast was still cold and the lobby floor was sticky. i hope i never have to stay there again

This was a one night stay as we had been driving for 10 hours and were exhausted. The website shows your great pictures, but the reality was much different. When we finally got there late at night, there was nobody at the desk and a sign said to call number..really?? called said number only to hear it ring LOUDLY in an office right next to the desk. Female came out, checked us in and give us keys. My husband came in with our 3 half asleep children to walk to the room that was the flipping farthest away, only to open the door and get hit by a strong and nauseating smell of smoke and who knows what else. It's a 100% non-smoking anywhere hotel (there's even a sign at the front desk saying so). Walk back to the front desk to tell them it's unacceptable and she says nothing and hands me another key to a room very close by that was actually no smelling like a pot store. The room looked clean but I can't really tell you 100% because it was late and we were exhausted. The bathroom was moldy and the paint was peeling off and I wore flip flops to shower. We said our prayers for our vehicle to be there in the morning because in the hallways and the parking lot, we saw way too many shady people carrying out the type of deals you know are not good. While loading up early the next day; I saw what looked like a pimp and his girl coming out of the hotel, and it started to look more like those motels were people rent weekly, than a decent hotel for people to stay at. NEVER AGAIN! Keep driving and find somewhere else to stay.

I know they were remodeling (not shared with us when I contacted the hotel for a reservation), but this hotel was a run down wreck. The suite we rented had iron burns on the carpet, wallpaper torn from the wall where the desk top TV used to be exposing the drywall, and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling on in the corners. (Pics Below) I used Clorox wipes to wipe down the surfaces due to the virus, and they were filthy when I was done. The door knob, the fridge handle the top of the bath vanity, the light and lamp switches. I actually left the room cleaner than when we arrived! Stains all over the coverlet on the bed. We almost left, but the hour was late and we were traveling home as quickly as we could.
No breakfast because of the virus, although the other 2 hotels er stayed at offered a bag breakfast. We selected the items and time for pick up the night before and the lady in the kitchen provided it to take back to the room. Not here.
We travel frequently as retirees. And Quality Inn has always lived up to its' name: until now. Maybe after the remodel, it might be worth it. All we saw of that was the front check in area. Maybe they should have started with the rooms! For a few dollars more you can get a much nicer room. And I highly recommend you do that! The Econo Lodge HAS to be better.
