It was a decent stay. Room was clean to you some extent. The shower head could’ve been updated and or cleaned and the a/c unit could’ve been clean it was super dusty. Location is close to Walmart and other fast food places

The front desk staff was very nice, lots of people with pets, they house them in a separate building, so people without pets or with allergies wouldn't be affected. All the dogs I saw were well behaved, no barking in the rooms. We enjoyed our night, the beds were comfortable and we slept well.

I thought overall the service was good and the property offered a lot of amenities. Some areas looked run down and probably could use some freshening up and minor repairs. They seemed to have some shady characters hanging around the property.

When I say this place was nasty, it was nasty! Only thing available when I booked, usually stay at Hilton. First off I booked a 2 Queen studio suite with sofa bed and was told I was getting 2 queens. It was cheaper, but that’s not what I booked and that’s not what my email confirmation said and I booked directly through Wyndham not a 3rd party. Now to the actual hotel and room. We walk in and my 6 year old says it smells like pee, who peed in here? Door is not heavy at all and does not close behind you like regular heavy hotel doors. You can see light through sides of door and doesn’t look like it’s fully closed even when locked. The air conditioner filter looks like it’s never been cleaned, the carpet is nasty and the edges of the room look like they’ve never been hit with a vacuum! Bathroom ceiling is molded, toilet paper dispenser is rusted. We didn’t shower because the shower is tiny and tub looked dirty. In town for state final four basketball tournament was going to stay 2 nights but I canceled the 2nd and will just drive the 3 1/2 hours back home tonight. Only nice thing I have to say is the night lady was very nice and I’m pretty sure she’s used to hearing all these things about the rooms because she didn’t even argue with me when I said I wanted to cancel my 2nd night. Stay away unless it’s your only option even then I’d probably just save the $100 and sleep in my car!

I've traveled throughout the U.S. and overseas, which has given me a fairly broad travel background. Unfortunately, my experience as a "guest' at this particular location (Ramada by Wyndham Columbia), is undoubtedly the worst I've had. I understand that hotels/motels are dealing with staffing shortages but renting out rooms that are obviously not ready is both deceptive and unethical. My room had not been cleaned to any standard and the toilet was not working. When I pulled back the bed covers the sheets had dirty paw prints. After addressing the issue with the front desk, I was handed a set of replacement sheets and informed that I would have to change them myself as there was no one else available. I was also told that I was free to bring my concerns and complaints to the management staff the next morning, which I attempted to do to no avail.
I would think that either the city of Columbia or the state of Missouri has some minimal standards that hotels and motels have to meet in order to operate legally and safely. Judging by the conditions at the Ramada by Wyndham Columbia, there seem to be no safeguards for guests, and certainly no enforcement of any such standards. I was quite tired and checked in late as I had come in from out of town and had been training all day so I didn't feel I had many options at this point. I found my stay at this facility extremely disappointing and the guest support to be a disgrace. I remember Ramada was at one time a brand you could reasonably trust to provide some semblance of quality. I don't know what has happened but the staff at this facility along with the regional and corporate Ramada/Wyndham offices should be ashamed.

Pet friendly and was probably clean but smelled like a vet clinic (antiseptic). Silverfish on the bathroom floor. Gouges in the wall where furniture banged up against it. I wouldn't walk barefoot on it. Sheets smelled old, and the a/c wad loud and barely cooled, and the blow dryer didn’t work. It would have been worth $75/night but we paid twice that because it was a Friday night and "MU" game night so it had to have been one of the last rooms in Columbia, but it's what you get when you wait until 2 days before you get there. (Family emergency had us hitting the road.) Breakfast was standard "motel" fare (biscuits & gravy, toast & Belgian waffle, which stuck even though I sprayed it... and front desk didn't seem to care about that or the blow dryer, but she looked like she rolled out of bed a few minutes before I did. Yes we stayed there anyway (I'm not that easily squicked) and slept well enough because of the 10 hour drive but this Wyndham property will be last on our list of places to stay in Columbia.

Run away! The staff is unprofessional, rude, no customer service. Desk manager was wearing a white undershirt, unshaven, told me the room I reserved for a month wasn't ready/cleaned more than an hour after check in time. I heard him telling other new customers the same story. So obviously they only clean when someone wants a room. Overall run down building, clearly had dirty breakfast room containers. The location is right on the loud freeway, the pool was outdoors and dirty. Management knows they can keep your money if you make a reservation and want to cancel so they dont care to give service. Worst of a 3 week trip. Locations right across the street were great and the same price and new!

I am shocked Wyndham allows their name to be associated with this hotel.
The linens are updated but the rest of the room was not. It smells musty, almost like water damaged or moldy. The front desk had to redo our room keys twice and they still couldn't make them both work (we gave up). The blow dryer had an exposed circuit board due to a broken plug cover (glad we didn't get electrocuted).
There was no cover on the bathroom light bulb (not up to code). At $116 a night, I had hoped for better (apparently it was a Missou football game weekend so they hike up the prices). We also had problems initially making the reservation as they could not find the block of rooms reserved for the wedding we attended, but they gave us the AAA discount so the cost was the same.
That being said, the wifi worked well, they are dog friendly, and the mini fridge was actually quite large.

The room and carpet were not clean and the water temperature very difficult to adjust. A small jewelry pouch was accidentally left in the room when checking out. When I called that night I was told the cleaning staff lock items on their cart and to call in the morning. I called in the morning and the cleaning staff said they did not find anything. I know for a fact it was left in the room and I do not appreciate the dishonesty of that person!

Been traveling for business. After traveling for over 12 hours yesterday, finally decided to stop at this hotel ( no vacancies for miles)
The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The room were filthy, drains in both sink and shower were back up with nasty gross hair etc (unknown)
This is a huge disappointment as per Wyndham hotels goes.
And NO APOLOGIES from the owner/staff. Just insults and screaming. Threats. I’m like never in my life. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else.
