Located just off Interstate 70 at exit 125 (West Boulevard Exit) in the Northwest corner is where you will find the Comfort Suites in Columbia. We accommodate our guests with spacious Single King Suites and Double Queen Suites with a partial room divider. Each room comes with a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a twin pull out sleeper sofa. Conference and Breakfast Rooms available for small meetings and get togethers. Our meeting rooms are complementary to those guests who stay with us overnight. You are always welcome at the Comfort Suites!

The room was very clean and nice . My wife used the exercise room and it was nice too,The staff was friendly and helpful , and good location right off of interstate 70. We would definitely stay here again !

My husband and I stayed at the Comfort Suites in Columbia, MO on April 17, 2023. I called the hotel directly at 1:00 p.m. and asked for an early check-in at 2:00 p.m... The woman who answered indicated that would not be a problem. The hotel appears to be an older building but it is seems well maintained and is clean. The employees encountered at the front desk were very friendly. The room, a king bed and separate seating area, was clean. Odd as it may be, most of the electrical outlets didn’t work. After plugging in our electronics and leaving them plugged in for hours, they didn’t charge at all. The bathroom outlet was the only one that charged the devices. The bed was very firm/hard and the pillows were a little too soft. The bathtub was extremely slick. I stepped in and immediately slipped banging my left shin on the tub, deeply bruising it (see picture). The breakfast was somewhat lacking. This is the first choice hotel (or any other chain that offers continental breakfast) that we’ve stayed in that did not have bread or bagels and a toaster. The sausage links could have been browned a little longer. The eggs were delicious. The biscuits and gravy were lacking in flavor. The traffic noise from the interstate wasn’t bad with the HVAC fan running. All in all, it is a decent hotel for an overnight stay.

After reading so many recent reviews about dirty hotel rooms at various hotel chains, we were pleased to find the bathroom and room were nice and clean and fully prepped and stocked. Nice hot breakfast provided with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cereal. Our only complaint is the lengthy wait for a luggage cart. Only 2 are provided and guests weren’t returning them to the lobby and hotel staff are not retrieving them. It was a 10-15 minute wait at check in and again at checkout. And we actually had to go floor to floor looking for abandoned carts.

Everything in my room was either covered in dust, rusted over or covered in stains. World record for thinest pull out bed, torn blankets and food crumbs on everything. The tv guide is a water stained and browned sheet of paper. Staff seemed disinterested in guest interaction as a whole if not fully standoffish. Truly the only reason Id reccommend staying is if you were in need a a supply of hockey pucks then you could take the breakfast biscuts...

We spent one night while traveling. The room was on but after our departure we were charged$50 extra. When I called to dispute I was told that we stained 3 towels pink. We had no spills or anything, only took a shower, and since we were traveling my wife was not even wearing makeup! Or protests fell on deaf ears with the manager and thus far the GM Mike Patel has not responded to my 2 emails. Stay here at your own risk and watch for random made up charges to take more of your money!

Read recent reviews! I saw the bad reviews but thought u can’t please everyone. They were being kind. The hotel has more issues than I can list. The hotel is between cemetery and noisy interstate. The hotel has construction every where. U can’t walk through the lobby due to boxes. The hotel has an odor like old tuna. Everything is dirty and old. The biggest complaint is a booked a suite. I got a standard room with two foot wall slapped up with a love a frat would not have squeezed in between two foot wall and corner. T.he beds were shoved against the wall u could not walk to bed u had get one side and climb over. I was not sure to laugh or cry. The pictures are website r not the hotel room on especially living area. I can’t believe comfort suites allows them to use their name If the furniture shoved in there is not fire hazard.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the usual “free breakfast” but had quite a few options. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant and gave us a room viewing our motorcycles.

Very dated hotel, pool was closed, some rooms had mold, and water damage. You will be better served going to a Marriott or Hilton hotel where you get a more consistent experience for the same price. Breakfast was the bright spot that had several options.

Our suite was roomy, quiet, clean and comfortable. Higher-end towels and good water pressure in the bathroom were appreciated. Thee are sufficient lights and plenty of plugs for assorted chargers and other electronic gizmos. It made for a great overnight stop on a long, unplanned road trip. The well-maintained indoor pool was an added bonus and the breakfast was perfectly acceptable. The hotel is in a good location, minutes away from the university and downtown and close to a range of restaurants and shopping.

Saving grace of the hotel: breakfast was fine. Checked into this hotel on Thanksgiving and paid about $120 for the night. Had several issues with the room overall, but the biggest issue came with cleanliness. Needless to say, we drove home and took showers immediately. 1. My husband wasn't even looking for things and he found a used cockring that had been placed back in the package! 2. He also found an old, dusty smashed up cell phone. It looked like it had been there a long time. 3. There was a big piece of metal sticking out of one of the beds that my kids nearly hurt themselves on. 4. Room smelled like sweaty feet. 5. Large bits of black fuzz all over one of the beds (in between the sheets)! Begs the question if they actually cleaned it or switched out linens. 6. Pool area hamper was overflowing and looked like it hadn't been emptied in weeks.
I alerted the front desk manager who, after admitting the state of the room was bad, refused to give even a partial refund. I will never be back.

Yes, they take AAA. If you select your dates for this hotel and then select "special rate" drop-down list, you'll see all of their available rates, including AAA.
We think they did. We can say that of the dozen hotels we visited during our sweep through the midwest, this was one of our most inexpensive stays. Very nice place, great staff and excellent location right off the interstate.
There are more places to choose from in the Columbia area.
