For the price I paid, and for what I needed (a small kitchenette) -- I found this place an extraordinary value. The room was sizeable and comfortable, and the desk clerk was polite and helpful (though it's a pain that all kitchen items must be ordered in advance, set up and stocked). Other things, like the WIFI and room supplies were ample. If you're a big breakfast person, this place offers nothing but in-room coffee. The BIG downside of this property, if there is any, is the other guests and actual loiterers outside. During my stay there were the creepiest people in and around the property. I kept to myself and, well, I'm still alive and able to write this review. Your experience may vary.

i went to Columbia mo to attend a ball game with a friend, this is where he was staying so i stayed there too the room was comfortable but the hotel had no drinking water nor ice machined when we asked the desk clerk where breakfast would be served she just pointed to a desk behind us it was like pulling teeth to get any information.there were no coffee machines in the rooms no cooking utensils didn't really expect much but for a $107.00 i would expect a little more than a snack for breakfast this will be my last time to stay at this hotel chain

I stayed here, using it as a hotel instead of an extended stay, and it was a great place! It is just off the interstate but quiet. There were several places to eat, and the mall was a block away. This is where I will stay when I go back. Staff was great when checking in a long line of people. They were efficient, friendly, and did not seem like they were rushing you.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in my 72 years. Walked in. Staff friendly. Started to walk down the hall to our room and we were met with an overpowering stench of vomit. No one was scrubbing the floor, no spray or disinfectant smell. Just vomit. Got in our room and asked staff to spray in front of our door. We were given ice trays to make ic. Motel had no ice machine. No one told us that the freezer had been shut off. No ice in the morning. Took a shower. Came out of bathroom where I spotted Kleenex sticking out of of the door’s peep hole. I was disgusted and actually a bit scared staying in this filthy place and by the way the recliner was cheap and broken. Never ever will I stay at another extended stay and will let my family/friends across the country know!!

So many things wrong with this place! Requested a King Non-smoking room, first room wreaked of cigarette smoke, moved to 2nd room, then realized it was a double bed. Kitchenette takes "no frills" to a new low! Nothing there! Not even a coffee maker in the room. Only 1 dish towel, which is funny cuz no dishes!
Pulled covers back yo reveal gross stain on sheet so had to sleep on a towel. Right next to I70 so not much sleep due to noise and the hard lumpy mattress.
Shower was a fiasco! Went to turn shower head to full spray and it fell off! Then only the cold water was flowing through the hose somehow, but hot water was coming from spicket. Also only one light in bathroom over sink so shower was kind of dark.
Let hubby have bathroom while I put on makeup at the mirror in room, then noticed there is not one light by the mirror!
Got ready & left as soon as possible without coffee. Will never stay again at an Extended Stay! Or at another Wyndham affiliate!
Advertised low price, but paid nearly $30 in taxes too. $77 room was so not worth it!

The room was okay. The halls smelled terrible. The emergency exits were very dirty. Muddy for 3 days. There was trash in the parking lot. A torn apart riding mower. The boasted about a kitchenette. You had to get the coffeemaker and supplies from front desk. Parts were missing on coffeemaker. Had to get that before use. Coffee mug was "sanatized" but had lipstick on it. Tried to get my money back and could not . They said it was a third party booking. The hot water on the bathroom sink did not work. Very bad experience.

Hands down the worst stay I have ever had anywhere. I have been in hostels that are better than this place. Beyond the condescending customer service, homeless people loitering around the building, the awful smell, and loud neighbors. There was blood on the sheets!!!

Stayed 3 nights through the American Cancer Society while I received radiation and chemo. Room was clean and organized. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I’ve worked in hospitality for 16 years and was very pleased with our experience.

I have never had a bad TripAdvisor experience. Usually my research points me in the right direction with regards to hotels, dining and out of town excursions. Unfortunately, not this time. This Extended Stay is nothing but a Motel 6 with a different sign in front. No coffee maker. Rooms are out dated. Walls are paper thin. The bedding looks like something out of the 70's and is cheap/thin/polyester and terribly uncomfortable. The rates were outrageous for the amenities (which were nil.) I don't have any clue how someone could say this place is nice. It wreaks of old, covered up cigarette smoke and is trashy. It is appropriately located next to what looks like an old junkyard. Don't stay here. It's disgusting.
