Was disappointed b/c there was not a free breakfast. You could pay for breakfast. Pool was small and hot tub was filled in, luckily only 3 of us using the pool. Staff was supper nice and friendly. Hotel was clean, room spacious, beds and pillows comfy. Loved the shampoo and soap it smelled great. close to interstate.

Stayed overnight for business. Hotel had clean rooms and friendly staff. While I was checking in a 10 FFA members come in and the staff went above to accomadate their request.. Breakfast the next day was a good value too.

We had a wonderful breakfast here, and the food was delicious! Patricia, our waitress, made the experience even better. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Great service paired with tasty breakfast options made our visit exceptional. Highly recommend!

From our arrival on Fri, June 25 to our departure 2 days later, there was no internet at the hotel. We were told it was out and they were working on it.
The fire alarm went off twice in one evening, first at 1:30 AM and again at 7:15 AM.
The A/C in our room was not working, we informed the staff on our way out to dinner, they said they'd have someone look at it while we were out; nobody did, so we opted to simply do without as opposed to switching rooms when we got back at 11:30 PM.
We'd never return here and recommend that corporate look into what's going on here, it tarnishes the brand standards.
After both complaining at check out (we were met with blank stares and received no apology) and via email, we received a bland, non-specific generic reply from the GM. Nobody seems to care at all that our stay was ridiculous and awful.
If you end up staying here, do not count on internet or air con and be prepared for the fire alarm to go off twice overnight and no support from the staff whatsoever.
Avoid.

I booked this hotel for two nights as a Diamond elite member and the manager would not let me cancel one night. They forced me to cancel my entire reservation. They tried to charge me almost $300 for a night that I could not use just because it was a football weekend. Don't offer single night stays ever if you are going to pull this garbage to loyal Diamond Elite customers.

Advertised restaurant and bar. They close on Sundays but not shown on site. Exercise room was a mess. Tv displays on machines didn’t work and it smelled terrible. Moisture problem with rubber mats they have as flooring. Rooms need maintenance done as carpet is shredded , door security latch had screw missing. Went down for breakfast and cook did not show up for work. Workers all ran around with mask most around their necks Time to get over it! It’s a joke! First and last time at this IHG motel.

I’ve stayed at this Holiday Inn twice in the past 4 months. My first stay was ok, but I arrived to find they had no cable. The stay was okay, but there were a few red flags that I seemed to ignore. During my second stay, more things started to pop out and become concerning. The carpets showed signs of excessive wear. My bathroom had uneven floors, broken tiles, shoddy repairs, and peeling wall paper. The room HVAC was quite noisy. Room lamp shades with stains and furnishings showing signs of heavy wear. I’m pretty tolerable with things, but it seems this hotel has seen some heavy use in its time and unfortunately the limited staff can’t keep up. I would note that all my interactions with the staff was very pleasant.

I have never had a problem with any holiday inn stays before but this location was gross. There was mold in the shower, dirt and hair all over the floor, and the room was just old and dingy. We asked for a new room, and was given one, but it honestly wasn’t much better. Disappointing because we don’t get out much so I was looking forward to a nice hotel stay.

Mildew in room from leaking AC (reported) beds need new mattresses, TV set too small to see and no deflector on AC so it blows in your face all night. Holiday Inn should be ashamed. Oh, and a $20 refundable breakage charge added to your card. Like $20 will repair anything. It’s like a bad Motel 6. Maybe worse.

Was traveling thru and grabbed this room as all the decent hotels near I-70 were booked. This place is very run down. The room was outdated and floor of shower dirty or stained. The toilet had mildew in it and was also stained. It was almost 1am when we arrived. Luckily the sheets appeared clean. We closed our eyes and tried not to walk around barefoot. No breakfast included, not sure I would have ate there anyway. Complained to the morning desk staff and they said the staining was just hard water. Not buying it! Drive on!

As a full service Holiday Inn we have an on-site restaurant, Kem's, that serves a sit-down breakfast off the menu. However, we do have certain rates that include a breakfast voucher, usually good for two adults. I'd recommend our Best for Breakfast rate!
There is no additional charge for a mini fridge and, in fact, all of our rooms have one as well as microwave, coffee maker, iron, and hairdryer.
There are more places to choose from in the Columbia area.
