The rooms are out of date and seriously lacking in outlets and the ones they do have are in strange places. We had four of us in a room and had to unplug things and move the bed out to plug in our phones at night. Also breakfast closes at 9am. My husband went in shortly after 9 since there...

The room was clean, that was the good thing. The breakfast was another..They have a good sized room but if you have 5 or 6 buses and the breakfast is from 7 to 9 we couldn't find a free table. Went back 2 times every morning and still didn't get in,so we went to eat breakfast at a restaurant. My...

I am so sorry to hear you had this problem. We have one of the largest seating areas for breakfast in all of Branson, seating over 100 people at a time. Because of the busy season, we schedule the buses to eat breakfast 30 minutes apart beginning anywhere from 5:30-6:30 each morning to help control the volume in the Sunshine...

Rooms could use updating and had to wash out the dresser drawers before putting in my clothes. Breakfast room was crowded making it difficult to find a seat. Breakfast food was ok, with real eggs and sausage, yuck coffee. Micro wave in laundry room only with no refrigerators in room. Bed noisey. Area quiet at night. Good service with very...

Stayed 4 nights, 3 nights too long. Breakfast is just so-so, but the worst is that it is EXACTLY the same boring meal EVERY DAY. Also, the front office closes from 11pm TO 7am so if you need something-GOOD LUCK. I left behind an expensive item. When I called about it, was told they'd check with housekeeping and call me...

The rooms are clean, staff is exceptional. The only downfall is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The breakfast selection was great. Close to a ton of attractions and the hot tub felt amazing.

Great location with nice clean rooms with friendly staff at a fair price. We stay here every time we come to Branson. They also have free WiFi with an indoor pool and hot tub. They have a good breakfast.

As they say, you get what you pay for. Staff is friendly and the room was clean. Our only disappointment was having to keep a few towels around the toilet because of a leak and the wifi was basically non existent where our room was. Had to sit on the sidewalk to get my laptop to connect. Doubt I will...

Dave, Thanks for your comments. If you will respond with your last name or which room you were in I can direct our Maint. Dept. to repair the stool. I appreciate your help in this matter. We will also check the WiFi, as we have routers throughout the property and we normally get good access anywhere on the property. Once...

Fair rooms for the $$ per night. Close to the IMax theater complex. Decent breakfast with room. Room was missing a few things but got corrected. Daily housekeeping minimal they do not remake beds. Lots of rooms here. Staff are friendly.

Tim, Thank you for your comments. I noticed you commented that we do not make beds. We do remake beds daily unless a "Do Not Disturb" is on the door. However, this last weekend was a huge weekend and my staff may have not got to cleaning the "stays" until very late in the day. If this happened to your...

We arrived here at around 9:30am and asked the lady at the front dest if we could check in early. The room she had reserved was not ready so she switched our room so we could. That was very nice of her and helped us out a lot with our plans for the day. The room was very nice, clean...
