Overall the trip, room and amenities were great. The only downside is if you want clean linens, or towels throughout the week you have to pay for them. Room was nice and clean. Plenty to do on site. Nice pools and activities. Stairwells could have been cleaner. But overall a great trip.

Was only able to spend 3 nights in late August. The place is well kept, units were very clean, beds OK, TVs small, NO Wifi in the rooms, couldn't find a pool, but as far as time shares in Branson go, this was slightly above the average.

We've visited Holiday Hills a few times. As a couple, a family of 3, and a family of 4. The staff are wonderful, the rooms comfortable but worn, and the activities on the grounds are amazing. Wonderful outdoor pools and a magnificent indoor pool on site. Easy access to Branson, The Landing and Hollister.

Beware! This 'resort' has wifi only in the registration center. The lodge has no wifi. We were not happy. Then we heated soup on the stove in the kitchen. The smoke alarms went off, twice. The only 'smoke' was steam from the soup. Then the kitchen outlets quit working. We will not be back.

Nice location-5 miles away from downtown Branson. Pictures are not of most of the current property. Property Manager-no apology for anything. Rooms very dirty, light bulbs out, no bedding-towels for 5th person .We stayed a week and finally the last day a Property Manager gave an apology but still didn't get more toilet paper etc. Have to pay to get...

Had already gone round one with this bunch at the Villages outside of Tyler, TX. I had my problems with Silver Leaf, but this bunch makes them look like choir boys. Round 2 started with check in at Holiday Hills this afternoon. I was given a paper to sign that stated I would check out at 10 AM this next...

We were apprehensive after reading poor reviews since the switch to Holiday Inn Vacations. (We had stayed here 4 times prior over the past few years when it was Silverleaf with no issues.) Yes, the units need updating. The cupboards and dressers are in need of painting, and the chair in the living room had a couple stains and a...

Initial information indicated washer and dryer in unit>>>not so, only centralized ones on the property. Initial information indicated WIFI in unit>>>not so, on in reception/games area. So, off to a bad start. Next, cabin is 2 story and stairs are extremely steep with shallow 7" treads. In fact, once upstairs,, there are warnings about the steep stairs and the need...

Game room/ pool area were very nice. Food is as good as any place in Branson. The buildings look great from far away but need a pressure wash. Being in the country there were bugs but we didn't have problems. It a drive to the pool from 2 Br condo. The area is very quiet and peaceful. About 5 mile...

This property is beautiful - grounds are well kept, both inside and outside pools are nice. No towels at the pool you have to bring your own which wasn't explained when we booked thru RCI, We checked into a filthy room, dishes were disgusting, beds were made BUT when we pulled down the sheets they were dirty, hair in both...
