Well when I walked into the lobby to check in the smell of chlorine hit me in the Face. The accommodations were better than they appeared online. That made happy. The front desk staff were very friendly, but slow and they were under staffed. When I went into the water park the chlotine fumes were so strong in hag to...

My son and I visited in December using a deal rate and were pleasantly surprised, so when friends asked us to go in May, I agreed despite having no deal. I paid almost $180 for one night, booked directly through the hotel, in the exact same room I paid less than half that for in Dec. The chlorine was so...

We got a groupon-type deal, so we got a great value on our room. Our tower room was very clean, and the 2 full beds and bunk beds were very comfortable. The tv in the room with the bunk beds was great for the kids. The view onto the street from the second floor was neat for the kids as...

We had fun and that's what it's all about. :) The hotel room is only average, but you are paying for the waterpark. We've stayed at Great Wolf Lodge which is similar, but about 3 times the price. I had a Living Social deal for Castle Rock, and with that, I thought it was a much better value for the...

We checked in and enjoyed the indoor pool until 10pm then went to our room. As I was climbing into bed the bed almost fell apart! During the evening as we slept the air conditioner would not work unless we turned it down to 64! Se we either froze or we were hot and humid. The following morning we awoke...

We went to Branson and stayed with family. We really wanted to try out the water park on April 12 and were so happy they sold day passes. It was a really beautiful little park. We would have had a great time if it weren't for the boys running on the pool deck and doing cannonballs into the lap pool...

Can't say if rooms were clean or if they were worth the value. Went to check in and they lost our reservation was not going to honor the rates we were told almost 30 dollars higher then told. Staff member was rude and very sarcastic. Went to pay since that was west the rest of our team was staying and...

Although kids enjoyed it...something in the resort has changed so much within the past year. Specifically: 1. Lobby staff was rude and extremely unhelpful 2. Water park staff acts as though they are too cool to be there, one lifeguard covered in tattoos seemed more interested in making fun of other guards than paying attention to the children. 3. Never...

The best feature about this place is the waterpark. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The beds weren't comfortable. The temps in the pools varied from one day to the next. I would recommend staying in the tower as opposed to the atrium on the cooler months. My kids loved the water and they stayed...
