Our hotel room was disgusting. There was a dirty sock hanging on the lampshade. The sink and bathtub were very slow to drain. And the bathtub didn't look like it had ever been scrubbed. I actually scrubbed my feet with baby wipes when I got out of shower. And no one brought us clean towels or emptied our trash. We... More

This was a horrible choice. The rooms are dirty and uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying here with your family. This Property needs to be Refurbished. The carpets leave your feet black and you wake up feeling horrible because its impossible to get a good nights sleep on the king bed. 30 dollar room for 199.00 USD!!

My new, 'clean' room had a towel with mud on it. I had to choose between which bed was less dirty to sleep on! One had food crumbs in the sheets the other had a drop of blood and dead skin flakes. DISGUSTING. Too exhausted to complain and needed sleep. Slept on one side of the bed that was the... More

Should have known when marquee had ad for every position available including front desk manager, there were going to be problems. We were not charged the rates the reservation person told me. $20.00 higher per night. King bed so bad we ask to have maintenance person check, he came to room and said for us not to leave he would... More

We had reserved an atrium room and when we walked in we felt uneasy. It was filthy and we found dead bed bugs! We were there only 5 minutes before we demanded a refund. The guy at the front desk didn't seem too surprised by what we found. Yuck!

We just returned from our mini vacation in Branson. I used a coupon that gave us half off the one nights stay so I wasn't sure what kind of room we would be staying in. We were able to check in around 11..probably since it was during the week. It was very nice they even gave us one with a... More

We had a nice stay. We were able to check in early around 11 instead of the 4pm time frame. When we got to our room our key would not work. While waiting on my husband to get another one a maintenance guy came by and let me and the kids in and determined the problem and had it fixed... More

The kids loved the water park. That is the only good part. NO complimentary coffee. A cup of black cofee will cost you $1.99. If you have hungry kids in the morning, it will cost you! NO FREE breakfast. Wifi does not work! The beds are not comfortable. If you are tall, your feet will hang off the beds. So... More

Booking: We bought a Living Social, deal for two nights for super cheap. They have advertised before on Living Social and Groupon, so take a look out there before you book thru the hotel. The price was a little over $100 for 2-nights which included waterpark access. Our Room: When we got to the hotel we thought we would be... More

Rooms were clean, check in and check out was quick and easy. The kids had lots of fun at the water park. Towels were provided, as well as lockers (at the park). And most of all the price was just right. The staff were very friendly.
