Stayed one night before an early morning flight out of St. Louis. The service was excellent. The rooms were functional. Neither the room nor the bathroom are huge but both are functional. The lobby lounge was great. We spent some time relaxing over drinks and had a fantastic waitress (recent SLU geology grad). Would definitely stay here again if ever...

This has become a pre-vacation tradition. Always the same - Outstanding! From checking in to settling in...smooth and easy. Then head down to the upscale lobby bar...and have cocktails and apps with Marissa (server extraordinaire). Great night. Great value. Over the top service!!

Stayed in Marriott Airport in Heathrow, UK. Dine in Excecutive Lounge, food was good and the service from Anita was exceptional. She was very good and very attentive. And for sure I will come back and stay in this hotel.

Check-in went smoothly. The lobby is beautiful. The room is nice but the bathroom is abnormally small. The TV didn't work for an entire day. They fixed it on Day 2. Stayed for a night on a business trip. Best suited for those flying out of the airport. This one is right next to the airport and they do have regular shuttles too. Check in and checkout were done quickly. The property is slightly dated and beds were small. Water pressure was so low 👎.You need to pay $13 for parking...

Weekday mornings Joanne was fantastic. Super friendly. Nice lounge area. Comfortable seating. Good food. Well done! Light dinner fare was also excellent. Reasonable prices on alcoholic drinks. Other drinks available all day. Evening desserts were very good as well. Only down side is lounge not open from Friday at 12 noon until Sunday 5pm.

We stay at this hotel the before our flights every time we travel. The restaurant has waits when tables are empty and the hostess sends you to the bar. Happened the last 3 times we were here. The lounge was nice. Hotel seemed nice. Got to my room unpacked everything, got into my pajamas and there was all hair all over the bed. I had to call downstairs 5 times took over an hour to get the situation resolved. Horrible go elsewhere
