Front desk staff was awesome. Beds were very comfy! We did the park n fly package. Tried to catch the 5:00 AM shuttle, but it was already full. Second shuttle came fairly quickly. Upon return, called hotel for shuttle & only waited a couple minutes. Driver dropped us off at our car!! Everything was great. We would definitely stay again.

Its a bit far from downtown but it was in no way a negative aspect. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. Being new to the country, the staff went beyond to help me get around. Dirty Dirty Dirty. Check in took only a minute, good start but it didn't last long...The bed had hair on/in it and the sheets looked less than new. The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom was dirty (covered in hair) and the bathroom smelled like mold...won't be coming back here again....

Close to airport with shuttle service. Comfortable stay in a nice hotel. Restaurant/bar offers live music and even had a local brewery with beer tasting. Nice big fitness center with lots of equipment.

3 of us stayed in a 2 Queen bed room on the 9th floor, with a great view of the airport, and we even were able to see an F/A 18 flying around, since Boing is attached to the North side of the airport. If you get a 2 Queen room, you have a view of the airport, and if...

Rooms are nice. Staff helpful especially in restaurant, Candace Walton makes sure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
