Booked a package for a Spa room with a king size bed including breakfast post Covid lockdown.

Room is quite large with a nice dining table & 2 single lounge chairs. Bed very comfortable & had an excellent nights sleep. Cushions are very large so you may not need two.

Spa quite spacious for 2 people to fit easily & the bathroom is nicely appointed with 2 wash basins. Soaps & body wash tubes are provided for your use.

We found that some of the food that we received did not match the menu. First was a Scotch fillet that mentioned chips & vegetables. Instead of vegetables, we received green salad leaves with parmesan. The other item was chocolate mousse with strawberries & cream, receiving instead chocolate mousse with a scoop of ice cream. Whilst a bit miffed at the inaccuracy of the menu versus what was received, the food was still good. This is all that prevented us giving a higher rating.

I am sure there might be some patrons who would not take the menu differences as lightly as we did.

Once I had found the bistro, I was pleasantly surprised - great decor, plenty of seating for lunch and a large area which was glassed in and the seats looked comfy.
I had the fish and chips and my 2 friends had the calamari and chips and peking duck in envelopes.
The waitresses looked after us, even to getting some 'real' cream for her sticky date pudding.
So for pleasant surrounds (incl the toilets) and lunch (no seniors here) you can't go far wrong. But you need a car unless a long walk from Centre Dandenong Rd. At least there is the 828 bus which I took to get to Boundary Rd.

A nice hotel , with plenty to offer travellers.
Large well appointed rooms with the best beds ever.
Quiet place to get rest, everything that you could want in a room is there.
Close to major linking to freeways just a quick trip down the coast for catching the ferry over to Queenscliff .
Then just a quick drive to the Great Ocean Rd.

This motel is very clean and the reception staff are very helpful and kind.
The room was spotless and they provide soap shampoo and conditioner.
Breakfast is at the bistro very close by.
Dinners were reasonably priced and good amount of food. At the bistro.
The rooms are modern and they have foxtel plus the free to air.
It is very close to Moorabbin Airport and only a short taxi ride to the various hangers.
Air Safaris recommends this motel and I agree with them.

We were going in a tour from Moorabbin Airport with friends so we decided to stay at the Dingley Hotel.
We had a lovely well appointed room which was very quiet and had fabulous sleep quality.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful in organising transport.
In both nights we went to the nearby bistro for dinner.
A huge menu, friendly service.
We shared had a pizza the first night which cooked have had a lot more topping .
In the second night we all decided to try the Seafood Saganski. It was amazing! It had a very tasty fried Greek cheese on the base, topped with a Napoli Sauce Prawns, Fish, Calamari and Octopus. It came with char grilled bread slices. Fabulous!
We had lovely Scrambled Eggs and Coffee for breakfast.
Great stays, great service and great value.

Stayed the night with the family, service at the reception was good and the actual room was clean and pleasant. The only issue was breakfast in the morning, the female staff member at the counter taking orders simply displayed an attitude that she did not want be there. Terrible customer service. The breakfast was actually good.

Happily caught up with a group of friends, sadly had a forgetful breakfast! Always a challenge to serve a group of around 15 at the same time but…. preordering didn’t seem to make much difference to the poor quality. Small servings, cold and hard poached eggs, bowls instead of plates, dry bacon, unripe avocado (smashed into submission) and tough ‘omelettes’. Not going back any time soon.

We stayed here during the Presidents Cup at Royal Melbourne golf club (only 8km away). This hotel is right in the middle of the good Melbourne golf courses and has all you need for a comfortable stay. It is a comfortable, clean and tidy motel with a busy pub and dining restaurant attached. In this area there is nothing else around. Have stayed here a number of times and always been pleased with the accommodation and service, especially since the refurbishment a couple of years ago. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
One disappointment - the Bistro has a slightly different layout than in the past and it is extremely noisy. It’s impossible to have a conversation while eating!

My wife and need a place for a stop over to catch up with friends.
We had no idea what to expect, as we choose the accommodation only on location.
Well what a surprise, the room was very clean and spacious , the bed was excellent.
It was convenient and close to a wide range of facilities.
We even arranged to catch up with our friends for a drink in the hotel next door.
look forward to your next visit.

Stayed here in March for two nights for work. The hotel is a little old, but as stated they are undergoing renovations.
You get what you pay for with this hotel. The rooms are pretty standard but by no means terrible. The beds are big and comfortable. The staff were helpful enough with out going over the top.
The most impressive thing about this hotel was the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious and fresh and a great way to start the day. I had eggs florentine which were perfectly done and other work colleagues all raved how good the breakfast was!
I would stay here again if needed

Thanks for your review BlakeKelly and you certainly are not the first to rave about the breakfast as it is always well received. An exciting development for the future is that we will be soon taking the breakfast room to the newly refurbished hotel where we will be improving our offerings and creating a new breakfast experience. We look forward to seeing you back soon.
