Stayed here few years ago with my grandkids in the octagon shaped cabin which was really nice. Awesome activities for the kids. Great facilities. Close to the beach and not too far out from the city.
Stayed here again in a budget cabin with my husband not long ago and it was ok for a stopover but I certainly wouldn’t stay a second night. The bed was uncomfortable, it dipped in the middle, pillows were uncomfortable- very thin. Bedding was placed in a bag which cost an additional $20 and that was fine but it smelt musty. The kitchen appliances were sticky and in need of cleaning. A chipped cup was still in the cupboard.

Stayed at the park for 2 weeks over Xmas camping. Very relaxed park. Clean amenities. Friendly staff. Great touch with live music for New Years. Kids loved the pool and the playground. Lots of shade for those really hot days. Close to fabulous Aldinga Beach and good day trips to McLaren Vale, Victor Harbour, Adelaide Hills and Adelaide.

We stayed for 4 nights in July & had a great time. New owners started that weekend & we're very friendly, even showing us to our sight. Facilities we're clean & more than adequate. Saw kangaroo's in the scrub & a friendly visiting possum came to visit us at night. Sadly it rained the last night of our stay resulting in a big pool of water under our van making it very difficult to pack up. Overall a great few nights away. Will go back for sure.

We stayed two nights in a villa cabin at this property. The cabin we had was of a poor standard. The Lino on the floor was bubbling up. There were hole in the carpet in one room. The bathroom was extremely small with very little room around the toilet. The pillows on the double bed had an extremely bad smell. The double bed made noises and rocked on every movement.
There was no outdoor seating area.
The entrance had steps to enter with no hand rail for safety.
The supplied equipment in the kitchen was ok but of very poor worn quality.
We had a SA government voucher which gave us a small discount, even with this I considered the property as over priced for what was offered.
The property is at least a five minute drive from the nearest swimming beach. This drive is via a major highway. It does take sometime to enter this road.
The property supplies accommodation for school camps. We had two groups during our stay, with a large number of children around the property.
I would not choose to use this property for accommodation again.

I stayed nearly two weeks and everything was fine until last night. Showers were hot and good pressure. Managers friendly but my last night here there were about 8 caravans and cabins booked for a 60th bday party. People also coming in by car. They played extremely loud music. I cant believe they could get away with that with other campers to be considerate of. Its 10pm and still full volume. Not impressed and wont stay here again.

We spent one night here in August. We hired out the Yurts as on line they looked cute and had two bedrooms. When we arrived check in was fast and very friendly. The yurts are based near the jumping pillow and swings etc. The furniture is very dated and everything about it was old and tired. behind the beds and chairs were cob webs (see pictures) and clearly no cleaning products or duster had seen this area for years. The cane sofa in the lounge was for 2 people (even though it can accommodate 4) and was very very uncomfortable. I understand it is a holiday park and not a 4/5 star hotel - but considering we paid $135.00 for one nights accommodation in August (no public holiday weekend or during school holidays) I would have expected more? I stayed at the sebel playford in Adelaide 3 days before Christmas and paid $132.00.

The park itself was quiet even though there were a few people and groups around. In saying this appears that the male manager of this park probably needs to work on his 'people' skills. While walking around the BBQ area with my son there were a group of around 10-12 people eating and chatting - around 30+ age group. While I was talking to one of them the Male owner came over and 'told' them off for being loud, they apologised and said they would keep it down - he then responded with 'no - you won't keep it down, go back to your accommodation". I thought this was rather rude considering it was 10pm on a Saturday night and they were only talking, no loud music or even drinking. When I went back to our cabin the caravan across from us was making more noise than this group, though this was rather weird? you can make heaps of noise in your accommodation cabin/caravan, but do not make noise in an area which didn't have any accommodation around them. Such a shame this place had potential.

We stayed a couple of nights in one of the Yurts. These are like a little house with kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, toilet and shower facilities included. The kitchen has everything you need including a microwave.

There was also a laundry a few steps out the back separate to the main amenities block which was very handy for us.

There is a swimming pool and other facilities and the staff were very friendly.

On arrival our greeting was friendly and we were booked in for the night and given the key to the boom gate. The cabin we had booked was extremely basic and dated in decor. It was only a one night stay and for $85 we had not expected too much - byo linen meant we had packed our sheets, pillow cases and towels. What we did not expect was the queensize bed covered in a mattress protector and that was it - no bedding whatsoever. I went and asked for pillows as every other place we had stayed requiring byo linen supplied pillows and quilt cover. As it was a very warm weekend I didn't bother with the cover.

The park was situlated bordering Aldinga Scrub and was a 20 minute walk to the beach so if going there for swimming and beach activities wouldn't recommend. You can drive onto the beach if you want to take the 10-15 min drive. There is a great playground for the kids and I had to try out the Jumping Pillow which would be fun for all ages. It is a short drive to McLaren Vale and the wineries and other attractions of that area.

We stayed in a Yurt Cabin, quiet location. Interesting design and was great for a family of four. Interior was very clean and tidy upon arrival but could do with a freshen up and is showing its age a little. Could keep an eye on the kids from the patio, playground and pool area. Staff and friendly, professional and accommodated for a late arrival. Good value for money holiday park, we will be back for sure!
