I did expect more to be provided in the cabin provided, like shampoo, conditioner etc. Also only one tea towel was provided and an extremely small sponge that you are expected to wipe over benches and table with! The beds were very comfortable. It would be good if the ceiling fan still worked. The BBQ area was nice and well looked after. It is in a good location to the beach and shops. Could supply more hanging space, i.e. hooks on the bathroom door, a stool also.

I’ve stayed before with my very well behaved little Westie Dog and will stay again and again. The staff are superb. The facilities are spotless and I have stayed in many caravan parks all over Australia when we travelled Aus for eleven consecutive years both in the outback and major towns and cities and this rates right up there.

We booked an ensuite site for 2 nights staff, reasonably priced at $55 a night. Staff were very good and the place was clean. It is a mixture of long stay and short stay accommodation, everyone we chatted to were friendly and welcoming. Initially the park looks a bit confusing to navigate your way around but it's okay. The park could do with a little updating, particularly the ensuites, but everything is there.

The Deluxe Cabin which we had booked for our stay at this Caravan Park, the description Deluxe was way past it’s use by date. The sofa had seen much better days and sank in so much you thought you were sitting on the floor. The draw under the microwave could not be opened unless you opened the refrigerator first. The second bedroom is too small to take three people. Strange setup with access to bathroom off both bedrooms. Good thing the WC is separate. The bathroom also could do with a roller blind as the glass does not give that much privacy as I could clearly see the outline of person in next door cabin’s bathroom. This cabin clearly needs some maintenance to be done on it and cleaning could step up a notch also. The extra large TV does not make up for the negatives. Also, having a square glass top dining table not the best of ideas if and when there are small children around. The positives, caravan park not too far from local shopping centre and Fremantle just a short drive away. If cabin had been advertised on the website without the Deluxe in front of it, the negatives would perhaps have not been so much of an issue.

I booked a two bedroom cabin with my parents overnight as it was convenient for an event in Fremantle. It is an older looking park and our two bedroom cabin could have done with some love. The shower needed a good scrub to remove mould & the pillows replacing. Honestly we didn’t really spend much time here but we were comfortable. A short drive into Freo and you could walk to the beach.

We had a lovely stay at Fremantle Village, Michelle in the office was absolutely wonderful and helpful. We had a powered ensuite site for half of our stay and the ensuite was immaculate and the site large with a concrete slab for both van and car. We then stayed at a powered site (without ensuite) and the amenities were also immaculate. Public transport is right outside the front door and Woolies withing walking distance of about 1km. Fremantle city centre is very easy to reach, lovely old buildings and the markets were great. We went to Perth City several times by train and its such an easy journey. Highly recommend Fremantle Village - August 2021.

Doing the Lap and in carava parks. This place has so many rules ( don't leave tap running when cleaning teeth) . The check in is sterile and cumbersome with their weird way of gate pass deposits. And their in only after 2pm, out by 10am. Why the 2pm ? ( they sent us away until 2pm when there were lots of vacant sites) OK time can be needed to clean cabins but a powered site? . You could say time need to clean amenities but despite around 70 sites a total of 6 toilets and 5 showers (mens). We paid cash for the deposit so on our 8am exit the office and night office closed and perhaps the strict 2pm entry allows minimum office hours. Been gone a week and nothing from them regarding our $20 deposit refund. And this pearler, their site map shows a back gate with" 500 meters to dog beach. Gate closes at 6 30pm". It is supported by a park street sign .. To Beach. Not once did I find the gate open. This means you need to exit main gate onto a busy road. With no footpath you have walk your dog 300 meters on the road to get round to the "beach gate" only bad experience 4 months travelling

Had a great time. The park is well set out with sites suitable for all different sized vehicles, some sites have ensuites.
The laundry, camp kitchen and ablution blocks are kept clean and tidy.
Easy access to the beach and South Fremantle, we cycled most of the time and caught an Uber in the evenings.
We will be back in a couple of weeks. Thankyou for the great stay.

We stayed for 4 nights on a caravan site which was very well maintained with nice grass. Very helpful staff who kindly rearranged site bookings so that we could be accommodated a day earlier. Plenty of bathroom facilities and a large, well equipped laundry (also plenty of clothes lines). Great location, easy driving into central Fremantle or there is a bus stop right out front that takes you through Fremantle, ending at the train station. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely stay again!

I received the most unwelcome and unfriendly service at Reception that I have ever experienced anywhere (and that’s a lot as we are a full time travelling family). The manner the two ladies at reception operated made me feel like I was intruding, not welcome and a bother to them. I’m not one to vent in a forum like this, but their attitude and service left me infuriated.

My parents stayed in a ‘deluxe’ cabin (us on a caravan site) and my bet is the cabin only just receives a surface clean at best. Dust and hair had accumulated in room corners and the bedside table. Under the furniture there was visible dust and I pulled hair out of the shower drain.

The service and cleanliness dampened our holiday.
