My family and I stayed at Quest Bella Vista for a week.
booked the studio room which despite being a studio was spacious had a nice king size bed, bathroom size and space was more than what you get in most places with it's own kitchenette. We had also booked a 3 bedroom apartment which was perfect we were able to fit 6 adults into this space and not feel like we were on each other heads. All 3 rooms had large kind beds, ensuite and a main bathroom which has a washing machine and dryer. Kitchen and a nice balcony.
The only issue we really had was we did find a few dirty dishes and the house keeping crew seemed to only come around every 2 or 3 days (not a major issue). The cooking pots could be swapped over, we had trouble as the pans were old a lot of the food would just stick unless an insane amount of oil was used.

We started at the Quest Bella Vista 27 October - 1 November 2022. Our room was equipped with a king bed, tea and coffee, a sink and microwave In the bathroom was a hand basin and shower.
The room was made up on the Friday but not touched again until the Monday; however, we would contest that the room was never vacuumed during that time, Dirty towels were left the bathroom despite us asking that they be removed.
What really blew my mind was an event when I was returning to our room with my step daughter and her partner at 5:00 pm on Sunday 30 October. We had gotten out of the lift on the 6th floor and were negotiating the corridor towards our room (603B) when approaching, was a small lady of Asian descent with two large labradors on leash. I was quite surprised to see the dogs, as the compendium in our room clearly stated that only service digs were allowed in the hotel.
As we closed, one of the dogs moved towards the left wall, but the other wasn't planning to give us way. As I passed, the dog lunged at me and bit me on the left wrist. opening a 6cm wound.

I was traveling from Melbourne to Brisbane and stayed at Quest Bella Vista, which is conveniently located just 1 km from the M7. The on-site restaurant, Coco Noir, offered a great range of meals, and the reception staff were exceptionally attentive, answering all my questions. They even provided helpful recommendations for attractions along the way to Brisbane. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely choose Quest Bella Vista again when I'm in the area.

The Quest motel at Bella Vista, NSW is a welcome change from the 'run of the mill' options. Not pretensious, not overly expensive. We secured a mobility assist Studio room with a 1 bedroomm apartment adjoining (for the daughter and grandkids). Good kitchenettes in both rooms allow for meal prep from supplies purchased just across the road at the shopping complex..
Meals from the cafe, Coco Noir which is beside Reception are a bit over priced but the Avocado Bruschetta and coffee for breakfast was delicious.
Definately on my, Return To list.

I made a reservation and accidentally added two days (my error) but I felt I was covered by the cancellation policy (24 hours) When I arrived I was told that the 24 hours only applies from the start of the stay, not the day the cancellation would fall on. They did a courtesy cancel on the second night but would not cancel that first extra night (Saturday) saying they could NEVER get the room booked by Saturday. (Which was a lie because they were sold out on Saturday and could have EASILY rented my room in the 4 days leading up to Saturday...Easily. The staff attempted to look concerned, but they felt phony and fake. My room was OK, but they never supplied soap and took my only shower gel forcing me to use shampoo then buy my own soap to shower. The whole experience was enough to have me looking for a different accommodation next time. They try to be "upscale" but have obviously never been to a Hilton or Holiday Inn property where they can see what real customer service looks like.

I do empathise where you are coming from however the cancellation policy for the booking even though is flexible, is only applicable prior to check in. I have copied it for your reference below You can cancel your booking until 2pm on the day prior to arrival without any charge, any cancellations after 2pm on the day prior to arrival will incur a charge equal to the first night of accommodation. Staff were so helpful and friendly; they were very helpful in every way and very patient with my booking that had been booked on the incorrect date. Restaurant severed very nice meal at a very good price. The stay was great value for money Rooms had everything that I needed for a one-night stay.

Every time I return to this accommodation I am always greeted with a smile and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a small group of shops very close by and public transport comes right to the front gate. I would highly recommend Quest Bella Vista

Yes, but I couldn’t figure out how to log in to my Netflix or Prime account on their tv’s.
Nearest train station would be Castle Hill approx 5 kms and there are many Indian restaurants in the area
