They simply could do way better. The view is amazing and they host some parties. But this doesn't make up for the many things that are not ok there : Unfriendly staff at bar and reception, no vibe, dark dorms, uncomfy and dirty beds. And the place is not even that cheap compared to other and better options you can...

This is definitely a budget accommodation. Electricity went on and off, water was not warm, and doors have dodgy locks. It was a bit of a walk to the "main" area of the town where you will find a majority of the food and bars to go to, so walking back to the hotel in the dark was not ideal....

In low season, the cheapest place to stay in Tofo :) No internet, not out lets for charging phones in dorms, a down side that you have to ask for pans and pots in the restaurant, to cook your own food. Toilets and showers very clean and staff helpful. (Except a woman working in the reception not able to speak...

The main draw card of this hostel is the restaurant/bar which overlooks the beach. The rooms are basic but more than adequate by backpacker standards. Be prepared for the power to cut out and come back on sporadically. Wifi is slow. Food is decent. Discounts at Tofo Scuba apply if you are staying here and the shuttle bus to Maputo...

The view from the balcony at Fatima's is fantastic, but that is the only positive thing I can say. The staff are unhelpful and reluctant to assist. The rooms are filthy. We had a door that did not lock properly and asked to change rooms. Even though the property was not full we were not allowed to do so. This...

We came to Tofo to party in the New Year, and in this department Fatima's did deliver. In every other area they didn't. By word of mouth we had heard some good things about the place but ever since arriving we continued to be disappointed. It seems that the staff don't really care about anything thing at all. On arrival,...

It literally takes 40 minutes to get a pizza, and that's when the restaurant is not even busy. When it is, you can expect to wait over an hour... The food is mediocre, they don't take card, they spike the alcohol-prices during high season and they do not offer cleaning your room even if you stay for several weeks. The...

We decided to stay in Fatimas nest in Tofo only because we took their bus from Maputo and the guys from the Maputo branch convinced us to pay in advance in Maputo also for the stay in Tofo. They told us it will be cheaper that way. The minute we arrived to Fatimas nest in Tofo we knew we made...

I stayed her for one night and what a s...hole! Service was terrible at check inn and out. All safe boxes in dorm were broken! No utensils in commun kitchen... Just a very old and run down place, with very lacy staff! And not cheaper than other places around, if you just lokk for them!
