The Elephant Walk is the perfect place to visit for a weekend getaway for a couple wanting to spend quality time with one another. The rooms are lavish, exotic, and equipped with wine and cheese. The place is surprisingly quiet despite the close proximity of other guests. A huge plus is the lack of television or other screens. The radio... More

We had the opportunity to spend the night a Elephant Walk. The B&B is decorated amazingly--treasures from Southeast Asia, particularly Thailand. Our room, the Chang Mai, was delightfully decorated and very comfortable. There are abundant luxurious touches--fresh fruit, cheese, home made crackers and wine on arrival, fabulous bath sheets, comfortable bed, giant bathtub. All warmed by a fireplace. Breakfast was... Despite the cold temps in December; the Elephant Walk in Stillwater, Minn was comfy and inviting. Lots of 'eye-candy' regarding the decor...bring Bali Hai to Minnesota! And the food: the breakfast is much more like a brunch consisting of multiple courses and some serious yummy flavors. We were there with snow on the ground. But the property, you could tell... More

This was our fourth trip to Elephant Walk and we were absolutely wowed yet again. Our room was spotless, unique and very comfortable. The tranquility and style of each room is reflected throughout the B&B and is romantic without the Victorian fluff found in so many other B&B's. There is nothing quite as decadent and wonderful as soaking in a... More

We had an absolutely wonderful return trip to the Elephant Walk. We participated in the tour of several other Bed and Breakfasts in Stillwater for the Christsmas Tea and saw 4 others. While the others looked very nice....we felt like the Elephant Walk was so comfortable and cozy with such a different decor. Rita and Mike are fabulous hosts and... More

My husband and I stayed here over a weekend and it was amazing! We stayed in the Rangoon room and it was beautiful. The decorations were lovely and the details wowed! Example: In a large basket next to the jacuzzi were two giant towels and at the bottom, seashells(so cute)! Next to the tub were bath salts and oils, so... More

The room was spotless. The decor was unique, interesting fun. Relaxed feel yet the collector's items from Thailand were incredible. The fireplace, coffeemaker, every amenity one would want plus a super friendly staff and a great homemade breakfast even in the off season. Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with a nice restaurant experience in nearby Stillwater. Loved it and want... More

My husband and I stayed at the Elephant Walk B & B - the worst part is that we couldn't stay longer! We arrived at midnight and had to catch an early flight the next morning, but even though we checked in late, the owners had a wonderful bottle of wine, and a beautiful plate of grapes, and cheese and... This is trhe second time my wife and I have stayed at the Elephant Walk. Again, we were not disapointed. Kim took excellent care of my wife and I. We stayed two nights and and were amazed at the breakfasts both mornings. The rooms were comfy and the wine and cheese pleased our palate. Thanks again for making my wife... More

We stayed in the Cadiz room for two nights and had the most wonderful time! Kim was our host and she took great care of us. The four course breakfast was just what we needed and the presentation was always something unique, although it was a little heavy on the digestive system at times, mainly because of the richness of...
