We had dinner and lunch here during our week stay. The food was good and they had lots of gluten free options including a seperate fryer for the chips. Really awesome peace of mind for a coeliac to know that staff understand the need to avoid cross contamination of gluten free food with non gf food during prep and cooking.
We were surprised to stumble upon this gem. From the outside it is nothing special but when you see the menu & taste the food you’ll be impressed. (Better than anywhere in nearby Bargara.) There’s a great range of meals along with some unusual chef suggestions. Kids eat free Mon to Wed (& their meals are huge). Beef cheeks were delish and salads large and fresh.
We went in for a pub meal on the Saturday night and was so good we went back again on the Sunday night. Between the two of us we had four different meals and none could be faulted. Definitely not just "pub grub". Very well priced too, would certainly recommend for a feed. Also the staff were terrific as well, helpful and friendly. We will be back.
Holy Moly what a feed 😋 Service was excellent, very good value for money. Pizza, Pasta, Steak and Seafood all cooked to the very best. Great kids menu as well. Drinks good value too. Totally recommend We will visit again Thank you
We visited today and had pizza, seafood fettuccine and the chicken and prawns, It was brilliant. Service was friendly, value for money, plenty of selection, food was great and a great location to boot. Just the fact their fish of the day was red emperor had me sold. I’d definitely go back in a heartbeat. Thank you
Stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. Rooms were clean and comfy. We'll priced. The staff were very friendly and helpful, so we're the locals. Food was really good. Friday steak night was rib fillet for $21. Very tender and cooked as ordered, which doesn't happen very often in a pub bistro. Saturday night Garlic prawn pizza was awesome. Will definitely be back with a group of friends for another overnighter.
Had two meals; both were excellent. The Sunday roast had 8 veg and the meat was very tender. The wine is well priced. Staff are attentive and friendly. Lighting is a bit bright, but weighed against everything else, bearable!
Went for lunch on Sunday, excellent service, drinks and meals. A few people in attendance, found a table. The menu was great with an excellent variety. The service was good, the staff friendly and welcoming. The drinks cold as expected, the house wine was lovely. Totally enjoyed the size and my meal, excellently cooked. My partner missed her prawns, yet on querying the no prawns on the meal, the problem was rectified quickly with the best prawns served. Would recommend to all in the Bundaberg region.
I went for a concert and did not stay in accommodation but friends did and the rooms were comfy and clean , hotel amenities are clean, staff very friendly.. I have been twice and would not hesitate to go back.
Wood fired pizza! Someone knows what they’re doing. Yeah! We ordered a Supreme Pizza, it was horrible, completely smothered in cheese(a bad sign in itself), squares of processed ham, undercooked glug. Just horrible.
