What a beautiful setting to spend 5 days of total relaxation. Owners Bob and Connie are like spending time with nice family members. Make you feel at home from the moment of arrival until you sadly have to depart. Very accomodating and knowledgeable about the area. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. One of the bonuses for this site are...

I came in from Canada to fish the beautiful lakes of Minnesota with my daughter and her husband. We got lost on the scenic route and we were 10 minutes late to rent our boat for the day. The owner walked up and asked are you the "fishers" ? We replied that we were his one o'clock boat rental, his...

Grandma spent week with my adult daughter, her husband and their two little ones, ages 3 and 10 months. The cabin was clean and equipped with the necessities. The owners, Bob and Connie were very available and tried hard to meet everyone's needs, despite the extra work involved this spring with record rains, disappearing beach and flooding in some of...

Connie and Bob extend themselves for all their guests. The hospitality, cleanliness, and location are all top-notch. The lake is beautiful at all times of day, the swimming and water activities are excellent. Connie and Bob make a special effort to be sure that all guests are well acquainted with each other. As first time visitors to Dickerson's Resort, and...

We celebrated our anniversary at Lake Florida for the weekend and had the best getaway we could have asked for. The water was great and Dickersons offered so many ways to enjoy it! Kayaks, canoes, sail boat, paddle boats, large swimming area and beach - all immaculately maintained. Bob and Connie were extremely attentive hosts, making sure we felt comfortable...

We just returned from a week at Dickerson's Lake Florida Resort and couldn't say nicer things about the experience. The cabin was lovely, the beach was awesome, and the amount of toys and activities available as guests were outstanding! Be advised that this is a FAMILY resort with lots of kids, so I wouldn't advise Dickerson's for a rowdy weekend...

Our family just returned from a week's stay at Dickerson's Lake Florida Resort, and every one of us can't wait to return next year. The grounds of the resort were immaculate and Connie's gorgeous flowers provided bursts of color everywhere. Our cabin was perfect for our family of eight; well stocked with all the essentials (including comfortable beds,) and was...

We came from New York City to join more local family for an incredibly fun and relaxing vacation. Everything was extremely clean (and I am very picky), and there were terrific amenities available on site: a small store (if you ran out of essential food stuff), motor boats/pontoon/water bikes available with 30min notice, multiple kayaks available anytime, canoe and paddle...

You don't stay in business in this day and age very long running a sub standard resort. Dickersons has it down. Very kid friendly and cabins clean as a whistle. This was our first trip but not the last. Our two sons and wives and total of five grandchildren had a wonderful time at Dickersons. Bob and Connie could not...

“We stayed in cabin 8 which had an outstanding patio and was just a bit on the end so not as many people walking past our cabin. It had a great kitchen, bathtub, and two bedrooms. Family stayed in cabin 7 which had an AWESOME kitchen and a master suite. The small cabins were a bit too small for my tastes, but great for a small family on a budget.”

“Cabin 12 is huge, newly renovated, comfortable beds, balconies, and on the lake. Family has stayed in Cabin 7 and loved that too. Cabin 9 was smaller, not on the water, and not recently renovated--while it is clean and adequate, Cabins 12 & 7 were more luxurious.”
