First visited Lamb's in September 2016, staying in the original river-view cabins on the cliff overlooking the mesmerizing, roaring Falls. Cabins are most charming, and, locale is peaceful and quiet. Staff are super friendly. A wonderful place for those who seek peace and the beauty...More
Located right on Lake Superior and butting up along the Cross River, Lamb's Resort is in an excellent location. We booked late but still were able to get what we felt was a good campsite - close enough to restrooms/showers and the shore. The bathrooms...More
This past MEA weekend (October 20-23), we rented a lake cabin for ourselves (my wife and myself) and a 2nd one for our older daughter, her husband and two sons. Younger daughter, husband, children and dogs, stayed in their motor home in the Lamb's Resort...More

Yes, they do allow dogs. I actual brought two, black lab and a German wire haired pointer. this is an excellent place. Beautiful beach and great location, you are close to everything. Might I suggest eating at Lockport- in Lutsen - great breakfast or anytime. Grand Marais is also a dog friendly town if you venture up there for a day trip. Also highly suggest hiking the temperance river trail! Sit on the deck and enjoy a beer at the Temperance Liquor store and listen to the locals, with the dog of course- take the dog in the liquor store for a pop or other beverage and get a dog treat! Have fun...I'll be further north of Grand Marais next week and can't wait that area is good for the soul, enjoy
