This post is from the perspective of guests who stayed at this hotel because of appointments at the Mayo Clinic over a span of 1 week. The hotel's proximity to the Mayo Clinic is a wonderful benefit. Access is via an elevator to an underground walkway ("subway") and then a 4-5 minute walk to the Mayo Clinic. All types of...

We stayed at the Marriott the last 2 weekends and the customer service was the best I have received from a hotel in a long time. The front desk greeted us with a smile. Pam in the lounge went over the top and was eager to please. The bar tenders had great service all night even into the late hours....

The Marriott downtown is a wonderful place to stay. Extremely comfortable beds and rooms. The staff is exceptionally accommodating from the front desk service to the valets and bell staff. Check in was a breeze, and we were in our room in no time. Our room looked out over the courtyard (enclosed) with the pool and outdoor seating area. We...

I had the pleasure of staying at the Rochester Marriott a few weeks back. On my shuttle over to the hotel the driver mentioned an annual ice carving event they have every year called Socialice. I thought that would be a cool event to check out so imagine my surprise when I found out this Marriott is located right at...

Crazy busy weekend with many families and children on the concierge level. Pam and Alejandro provided OUTSTANDING service! They not only hustled to keep everything fresh and restocked to provide breakfast for a weekend crowd, they were friendly and attentive. Of note, there were longer term guests who they recognized and provided personal service for, while at the same time...
