We were told one thing over the phone and something very different at the front desk regarding how to check in and what the rate would be. When the one clerk checking us in said to the other clerk "oh, you spoke to them right?" the other clerk walked away. We ended up paying $50 more than we were told...

I'll admit I generally frequent casinos for the food and nice hotels.. this is my first return to jackpot in over a decade, not much has changed. Let's start with the lodging. The check in process was extremely slow, I was #2 in line one person being helped, one clerk on the phone with a difficult caller, and one clerk...

If you want to stay at a place that has a front desk manager named Sara give you the worst customer service I recommend staying at Jackpot Junction. We had such a wonderful standing water shower that Sara didn't seem to care about our experience. Did I mention it is Christmas Day? Merry Christmas to our family staying at such...

The Buffet was very poor for the cost. The Hotel is very nice and the rooms were very clean but could use a little updating in the bathroom. The casino is being updated and was told that they are only trying to take care of the smokers. is why they did away with the non smoking casino. The people in...

Good hotel in general, slight smell of smoke, but you get used to it. Clean place with a good selection of places to eat. Staff very helpful. Everything worked in the room, and a good room rate, what more can you ask for!

Tempted by the low rate, I came back for an overnight after a long absence. The non-smoking room was well maintained, but being on the same floor as the casino, residual smoke odor was present in the halls and even a little in the room, it seemed to me, but as an ex-smoker, I'm sensitive to it. Setting the AC/heat...

We stayed in the suite which was nice and clean, there was definitely a smoke smell throughout the whole property including this non-smoking room. It wasn't so bad that you couldn't stand it, but definitely there. They are in the process of remodeling and putting in a new air filtration system. The grill had good food fast and reasonably priced....

We stayed here and found the room very adequate and clean. All the fixtures worked and the bath area was fine. The non smoking room was fresh with no signs of tobacco. The wifi worked well also. I would stay again.

It was fun being able to stay at the casino and the prices weren't bad for a weekend night. The room was clean and didn't notice a bad smoke smell as others had mentioned. The adult pool time from 10-12 was fun and quiet. They allowed us to bring our drinks to the pool which was nice. Overall it was...

I've stayed in 2 different rooms here and going forward I'll spend the extra for the suite. If you're a non smoker request a room on a higher floor away from the elevators. The 2nd floor rooms all seem smell of smoke whether they are smoking rooms or not. Maybe a new ventilation system needs to be installed. The buffet...
