Spent a night here for business. The staff were great and the hotel is really nice and walking distance to most places downtown. The hotel also has full time residences so the bars and restaurant stay a little busier than regular hotels and not full of business travelers only! which was nice. Monello, the restaurant was amazing, I booked with...

The Hotel Ivy was very nice, small, and quiet. There were only about 8 rooms on our floor and the rooms were very well appointed. The staff were excellent. I asked for ice for my water and they immediately brought a wine bucket of ice... a few minutes later here comes another one! The next day there was another ice...

We pulled up and were greeted warmly by the valet. Walked and to a beautifully modern hotel. While I checked in my date for the weekend grabbed us a drink. The reception upon check in and the drink were top notch. The room was fantastic! Bathroom was amazing as the shower and the tub were impeccably clean and super comfortable....

My first stay at the Hotel Ivy was on a Monday-Wednesday this month for business. Here's a quick recap: * It beautiful, exceptionally clean, luxurious, and in a great location. * The room was small but very nice, and my view was amazing (I was on the 18th floor). * There was a Keurig in my room, instead of those...

This is a nice hotel in downtown Minnesota. We stayed here for couple of days in June. The front desk was helpful and gave us a top floor room when we gave out SPG info. They also provided free wifi and refrigerator in room free of charge. Parking is 34 dollar daily - valet only but they were fast getting...

This hotel costs a little more than other nearby options but is very high quality in terms of service and accommodations. The rooms are lovely, quiet, and new looking. The room (1507) wasn't huge but very functional with a large bathroom with a tub and separate shower. The lobby bar and partnered restaurant are exception and worth the trip for...

Stayed twice in the last month and found the experience to be consistent good. Great staff, and a very good SPG hotel choice. Clean and well kept rooms. New lobby cocktail bar is an excellent addition - knowledge and friendly bar staff. Will visit again

WOW! We had a one-night stay and the room was beautiful, the service, incredible. Dinner at Monello, excellent. Cocktails, delicious. Staff, amazing. Ice delivered for a bottle of bubbly...no problem. But, here's the best thing. We left our iPad in the room on Saturday night, and today, it was returned by housekeeping! I know, it is how it should be,...

The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Our room was beautiful, super clean, and very comfortable. The location was in the heart of downtown Minneapolis and was within easy walking distance of great food and the convention center!

They don't clean the rooms and despite you asking, and them apologizing they just don't do it. It is disgusting - I did not want to touch anything and even walked in the bathroom in shoes as a result.
