Absolutely fabulous. Anita was very accommodating and super friendly. Got an upgrade when rooms were unavailable. Got to stay in the Penthouse and it was awesome. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, wet bar, dining room and living room with a super sized tv. Windows everywhere with a great view of the city. Definitely going back.

Stayed one night while in town for a conference held at the Mpls. Convention Center next door. With the skywalk connection it made it easy to walk to and from the Convention Center without going outside into the elements. The guest room was well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The fitness center was well...

Front desk staff (Shondrea King and Genesis) were so pleasant and VERY ACCOMMODATING. We had trouble getting the room key to work and they gave us a coupon for a free drink and free app. Later, when we told them we had searched for street parking for 20 minutes, they comped our parking! Will definitely stay again. (The bar apps...

Reviews were mostly good and I was looking for a downtown hotel. Booked only days before and was pleasantly surprised. The area is under construction( roads) but access was easy and the onsite ramp was great. The staff was accommodating and rooms were clean and up to date decor wise. Beds were comfortable and pillows were awesome. upper floors are...

We stayed 3 nights over Thanksgiving. Parking $26 p/ day is outrageous. It's even more for valet. The restaurant/bar were closed over Thanksgiving so had to go across street to get coffee or enjoy a cocktail. Upon checking in, the front desk staff didn't seem polished or engaged. Street person reaking of smoke, using the front desk phone as desk was...

This hotel is in a great location near the convention center. Has an intimate feel of a boutique hotel at an economical price. Most importantly, every member of the staff -- restaurant, front desk, housekeeping, bell folks -- went out of his or her way to make sure we had what we needed during our stay. A special shout out...

Modern, clean, quiet, spacious room. Easy check-in and checkout. Helpful front desk. Drinks or breakfast off the lobby. At the foot of Nicolett Mall street for pedestrian shopping. On a Saturday night, the hotel was full of out-of-town Vikings football fans in for the weekend.

We checked in during a very busy weekend and it could have been very hectic and troublesome but we were taken care of very well by Anita at the front desk. We had a great stay in a very nice room that Anita upgraded us to, and we didn't run into any issues at all. The bathroom was awesome by...
