The hotel itself is fine. Been staying there for several years now while visiting the U. The only real problem is the restaurant, Scalzos. Service is indifferent as best, even with giving away free breakfast, it is hit or miss. This trip they started a buffet. So I could actually get food!! It was OK, but they ran out of...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW
Reviewed 11 December 2016

LOVED this trip and this hotel. We were there for business and we also rented a banquet room to hold a meeting with local contractors who work for us. The wait staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel amenities were nice and the rooms themselves were very comfortable. The hotel had a very modern feel and was nicely updated. I would...

The rooms were musty and out dated. The fan/heater didn't work in any of my groups rooms. Apparently the turned the heat off for the season. The shuttle was unavailable. And the biggest reason why we choose this hotel, the pool, was out under msintenance. Very disappointing.

Stayed there with my wife and kids over the Easter weekend in one of their larger suite-style rooms. It was great for the kids to have a separate room, so they could go to bed a little earlier. Very friendly front desk staff and restaurant staff too. Breakfast was decent, an OK selection buffet-style. One pleasant surprise - various fixtures...

We spent one night. The agent at the front desk was friendly and professional. The breakfast was free and okay (prefer continental over dine in). The hotel was very clean. The wifi worked well and we would stay again.

Organization annual meeting was held at the hotel. Good facilities for meetings with great food and nice sleeping rooms. The swimming pool was closed so we didn't get to use it but once it is repaired I'm sure it will be as nice as the rest of the space.

This place looks very nice and modern. The staff are pleasant, the breakfast is good. I've slept here several times over the years and each time I have a problem with trying to get the room air to be the right temperature - and stay that way during the night. The problems with the heating system has literally ruined my...
