The rooms are not too large but the bedding is wonderful. The bathroom is also small and does not have venting that I could tell. The shower was really great, large with an over head shower. The hotel is located in what used to be a bank and they carry some of that design forward. THe hotel connect with the...

We recently had the opportunity to stay a weekend in downtown Minneapolis @ the beautiful Westin Hotel. The "Bank" in itself is an architectural masterpiece, but the outstanding part of visit was the way we were treated by staff! Neil, Lulu, Abraham made us feel so welcome and genuinely sincere about wanting us to have the most pleasant experience at...

The hotel is located within an old bank, and is so beautiful. I stayed in one of the suites, and I felt as if I were staying in a high class apartment. It was so comfortable, and unlike any hotel room I have stayed in. I met people in the bar area of the hotel, and they were impressed by...

Stayed here one night. Very nice, clean hotel. Room a little small and had window facing into a courtyard. Would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to others. Great location. Pillows in the room were terrible. Bring your own or call to see if they have options!

The hotel itself is very nice and pretty affordable, but you should know that the parking is valet only, the restaurant is very expensive, and you will have to pay $12 a day for incredibly slow internet service. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

A great overall experience at this particular hotel. It has great access to the skyway and various downtown attractions. They staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a downtown experience at a reasonable price. However, the Westin only gets a Very Good. Upon entering our room, one of our neatly folded...

As a business traveler there are certain expectations when you stay at a Westins. The Minneapolis Westin definitely upholds those standards. The hotel is in a former bank building, which is pretty evident as you make it through the hotel and see the old vault. I appreciated the super easy check in after arriving at 1:30 AM. The room had...

I checked into the Westin on Saturday, 18 May 2013, and had a less than optimal checkin and room assignment experience. On a comment card, the assistant GM's email address was included to note comments. As I share below, you can see the experience was less than satisfactory. As of today, 22 May 2013, I have received no response. Very...

This is actually a really nice hotel. Clean, great amenities, friendly and accommodating staff, but incredibly loud. We stayed for 2 nights, and after listening to several rooms partying in the halls until 4 am, with doors constantly slamming we asked to switch rooms the next day after explaining our situation. Security did ask them to quiet down. Even though...

Had a quick overnight business trip to Minneapolis and found a great rate at the Westin. The hotel is in a former bank building, and they took great care to keep some of that look & feel. The hotel was great and the rooms had all the needed amenities and then some (loved the rainfall shower head!). We had some...
