This was our first time to Minneapolis, and we came to town knowing nothing about the area. The Loews is close to everything. The Rooms are nicely appointed and clean. We had an upper floor with a view of the Twins games--very nice! The staff were very friendly and efficient. A shout out to Mason for taking good care of...

I'm glad your first visit to Minneapolis was a success, Jack! Great to see our hotel was in the perfect spot for exploring the city while you were in town, and I appreciate all of the kind words -- I'm sure Mason will, too, so I'll be sure to pass them along. We're already looking forward to welcoming you back...

Stayed for four nights on a recent business trip. Room was super clean and comfortable, very quiet. Hotel is in a very convenient location in the city. Enjoyed a stop at the Champagne Bar for a custom champagne cocktail with cranberry bitters, fun!!! Staff universally provided excellent service, would definitely recommend a stay here.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary in downtown Minneapolis and booked a room at the Loews and had the best hotel experience ever. When we checked in Mason DeWitt who is the VIP Manager took amazing care of us. When we asked if it was possible to upgrade to a larger room he asked if we would like...

This hotel is upscale and was very clean. It had a TV in the bathroom which was interesting. Nice decor and comfortable mattress. We stayed here for a wedding and found the accommodations to modern and quiet.

We had a great time at Loews on a girls' weekend. We could conveniently walk to dinner, concert and bars. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was beautiful and spacious. Our car was pulled around outside as we were checking out so we never had to wait. The lounge areas were comfortable and convenient.

The hotel was undergoing construction in the lobby during my stay. As one of my colleagues said, it looked like a "spook alley" with curtains lining the hallways; it was very strange (around 6:30am the following morning it really did because there were no lights on and I had to navigate out of the building in the dark). The rooms...

Firstly, I want to apologize for the construction issues -- we're doing our best to keep the work in and around the hotel from affecting our guests, but I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. More than that, I'm disappointed to see our hotel wasn't quite what you were looking for. Whether a family vacation or a business trip,...

Had a nice stay here a few weeks back, comfortable bed, excellently appointed bathroom, and very clean. Not particularly impressed with desk staff or valet but they were a small part of my stay. I tried both the hotel bar and restaurant and will write a separate review for each. The cost of parking and lack of included breakfast made...

While visiting Minneapolis I stayed in Loews. Room was pretty OK and hotel is well located in city. Breakfast was picking from a list - well you will get what you order. Somebody maybe likes it. Though we're glad you enjoyed your visit, we want to be more than just "a place to stay," so I'm disappointed to see you were a little underwhelmed. I appreciate the feedback, though -- we definitely wouldn't want getting to your room to be confusing, so I'll keep that in mind. I hope you'll get a chance to visit us...
