Came in from WI for the weekend. This is a great hotel, somewhat close to places. Very unique with the train station pieces throughout. Customer service was good too. The bed is really comfortable!!!!

I was staying at the Renaissance Minneapolis in early February for work. I was there just one night, but I was so impressed by the room, the location, and the staff. The rooms are so beautiful - the design is great and they were able to make it cozy and inviting. They were still working on the lobby while I...

I was double billed and they still have NOT corrected it. M.H. In accounting was useless and failed to assist and failed to return phone calls. The hotel is old and lots of construction was going on. Do NOT stay there!!!

Dear Scottyp920, Sorry to hear that the portion of the lobby being renovated had such a negative effect on your overall stay with us. The Hotel, as well as most of our guests, are very excited about our new modern look in both our renovated rooms and our soon-to-be completed lobby, restaurant and bar area. I am glad that we...

Was in the city for a large volleyball tournament. We chose this property because it's a Marriott brand. Great location, close to many things to do. The property was under renovation but managed to put on a great product while we were there. When we arrived we were greeted by a very professional young woman named Unique. She provided excellent...

This was a staycation night with my boyfriend. The hotel has been renovated, and is still undergoing some renovation on the main level. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, and unique. I appreciated all of the touches and we had a great stay.

I've stayed at the depot a few times since they renovated the rooms and let me be the first to say that everything here is top notch! It has maintained its prominence as one of the most historic and iconic staples of downtown Minneapolis while tastefully updating the guest rooms to a modern feel without overdoing it. I stay in...

I've probably attended 20 charity events at The Depot over the past 19 years and they consistently do a good job, if not spectacular. I'm not a huge fan of the large hall (the old train depot itself) especially if the event doesn't fill the entire space. On he other hand, I really enjoy the atmosphere in the smaller rooms...

I am thrilled with the renovations so far. Rooms are sleek and modern with the same comforts as before . I love that you can login from Netflix on the tv. Lounge was closed as we were here during the holidays but if you have gold or platinum access is free and so is breakfast .

The hotel was being renovated while we were there. The lobby is a bit of a mess. We stayed in a renovated room. It was small but clean. The beds were very comfy. The price was affordable. The staff was nice. It will be interesting to see after the renovations are done.

We stayed here for a great price in a block of rooms for a semi-pro football game. The hotel has valet parking, wonderful. A little pricey, but so worth it. The valet team is very good. Even went and retrieved my car to put some things inside it and then took it back to valet, all with a smile. The...
