Great Hotel that reminds me of something out of the Titanic, but without the fear of sinking. The hotel staff were amazing and the ease of access along with an incredible gym and pool made this Hotel THE hotel to stay at while in DT Minneapolis.

This is a nice hotel. The lobby area is spacious and attractive. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice. It seemed that they needed more help at the front desk as there were only one or two people working during the busy checkout time. Still, the line moved fairly quickly. We were here a...

Enjoyed staying in the midst of downtown with easy access to everything you could want. The class and friendliness of the doorman, desk staff, housekeeping, and bar staff was the best. The room was perfect-clean, roomy, smelled clean, comfortably bed and chair. Huge nice tv and internet was fast. Cost was the same as the suburbs and we didnt have to...

Pros: Friendly staff, carport vs parking on busy street, restaurant on site, Starbucks on site, triple bed sheet's (keeps your comforter from being exposed), Cons: Disliked you had to walk across the interior balcony above the lobby to get to pool. You feel "naked" walking through such a lare corridor in a swimsuit. Very deep hotub, great for tall people,...

This is a newer hotel in the heart of Minneapolis' downtown nice honors lounge. Good lobby bar. Small rooms. But as a diamond member - no respect. The hotel was packed w kids and they can not upgrade me? Diamond status is overrated.

Stayed on December 19th. It took going to the front desk four different times over the course of three hours (after I was supposed to check in) to get them to actually clean the rooms. They gave me vouchers for free drinks and appetizers for their bar that never opened before we had to check out the following day. I...

Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to my attention. I apologize for the miscommunications; we do our best to accommodate early check ins but are sometimes unable to during periods of high occupancy. I'm happy to see that our Front Desk Team took the initiative to extend complimentary vouchers for our restaurant but apologize that he/she...

Stayed for two nights. Great location in downtown Minneapolis, short taxi journey from the airport, access to skyway, room perfect, beautiful lobby area with range of dining options and very helpful front desk. Good value for money. Only con is the lack of free wifi.

The location allows access to the resteraunts and accomodations of the downtown area. Concierge staff is very knowledgable and quick to respond. Again, THIS is Hilton...

We stay at the Hilton Minneapolis each year for a day and night downtown with Breakfast with Santa. We check in Saturday morning before sitting down for breakfast (we have never had a problem having a room ready for us by 10am). Breakfast with Santa includes a wonderful breakfast buffet, activities for the kids, and a visit with Santa. We...

From the moment we arrived, this Hilton was at the top of the class! We got in early, but the front desk found a nice room that we could go to right away. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. The room was unbelievable - on a high floor, spacious, with a "sitting" area, and a nice view looking southeast. The...
