Enjoyed a great meal and ambience at this comfortable spot within the Lutsen Lodge. Great food like we experienced there a few years ago. Sandwiches, salads, beer selection will not disappoint. Their execution of poutine remains one of our favorites compared to many versions tried in Minnesota!

We spent a week on Lake Superior in the Sea Villas of the Lutsen Resort. We had a great time hiking and exploring the area using our Yaktrax hiking along icy trails to experience some great views. The Sea Villas were smaller than we expected and so also overpriced for what we received for the money. We were also charged...

I have stayed at the main lodge several times during the first week of August, and have mentioned it as a great place to stay due to fond memories from 2007. It has lots of history, and we stay in the main lodge where the rooms are rugged. To make it affordable for us, we use their bed/ breakfast option.(add...

Thank you for your response. I am pleased that your experience with our front desk staff was positive and I regret we were not able to find the specific Lodge room style that you wanted the weekend that you wished to stay with us. We have a limited number of lodge rooms with the bed configuration you requested and they...

We rented a cabin at Lutsen Resort. It was right on Lake Superior. it was a great view, very private and serene. It was an excellent ski vacation for a family of all ages. People could ski, people could snow shoe and the little ones could also do some sledding. We even got some wine tasting in. I would recommend...

We stayed for a short Spring break ski trip. This is an old school lodge full of history. Located on the shore of Lake Superior. The walls are very thin, so not for light sleepers or honeymooners. We stayed on one of the upper floors and all the heat in the building rose to the top. I can honestly say...

My husband and I get the Superior north shore as often as possible and always in February to celebrate "Love Month" (Valentine's day, birthday, & anniversary). This is the first time we've stayed in the historic lodge. It's warm and inviting with an absolutely gorgeous view of the big lake. The windows on the front of the building add to...

As relative locals we stayed here for our honeymoon eight years ago. This facility is a fine and enduring memory. LRoLS is a quaint lodge in a stellar location with charming ambiance, great staff, and an overall experience that is one of a kind. If you want to nitpick and be pampered like at the Westin or Doubletree - stay...

This past weekend my family and I (2 grandparents, myself and two teens) booked a Sea Villa for a ski weekend. We stayed in Unit I-3. Disappointing is an understatement. For over $400 a night, I did not expect the condition of accommodation we encountered. First of all, we were told the master bedroom had a King bed but it...

Wonderful old lodge. Great breakfast and evenoing food dishes. You can eat in the bar or dining room for better meals. The bar has a number oflocal beers. The rooms are nice and pretty quiet. Great views from the fireplace in the lobby.

Seriously, the more times I go to Lutsen the more I come to love it. It's so classic and so quintessentially Minnesotan it hurts, in a good way. This was my first winter trip and it was aaaaaaaaaaaaamzing! Coming back to the pool, sauna and hot tub after a day on the slopes was so wonderful. They even let me...
