We were traveling from Perth and choose to stay here due to it being pet friendly. From the moment we drove into to the property until we left the next day we finally felt welcome with our pet dogs. The manicured lawns and fun tin sculptures added to the overall charm of the property and the stand alone bungalow was so comfortable and well appointed. It was a real pleasure to find such a gem in the “back of Bourke”! If your trip calls for a stop over in Bourke, do yourself a favour and stay here, if you have pets they are very welcome.

Room Tip: There is a great country pub next door that does meals both at the pub and for take away.

After an unfortunate experience with another establishment, we had to find alternative accommodation late in the day, for that night and the next. Fortunately we were able to contact the Bridge Inn, even though it was after hours, and they were more than happy to help us out. We were made to feel very welcome, which contrasted sharply with our experience elsewhere. The Bridge Inn is a small motel but a great deal of attention has been given to decorating the rooms and making them welcoming and comfortable for guests. Add this to the owners’ ability and willingness to exceed expectations makes for a combination that we have rarely encountered in our extensive travels in Australia and overseas. Highly recommended!

I have stayed at Bourke Bridge Inn over the years and still does not disappoint. The nice surprise is the pool, especially during my stay in January when the temperature was close to 40 degrees. I travelled to Bourke for work and the Bourke Bridge Inn met all my needs; comfortable, well equipped and quiet. Will stay here on my next trip to Bourke.

I stayed here on the way to Broken Hill and again on the way back a few days later. I had a cabin on the first night and a room in the main building on the way back. Both rooms were clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The gardens are really well maintained and the managers are so lovely and I felt so welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend! :)

We stayed one night, been a Saturday night we knew that the in-house restaurant would not be open. It only open Monday to Friday. The room was very well appointed in a federation style, with a comfortable bed, plenty of room for two and a nice bathroom with spa / shower (good water pressure and hot). Mostly quiet but a constant humming noise all night, not sure if it was someone a/c or something else.
We were disappointed that we could not get breakfast in the dinning room as the room was not set-up properly to get your own breakfast. No real kitchenet (toaster, microwave and kettle supplies), we had to ask for plates and cutlery, and only a very small table with a microwave on it to sit at and have breakfast.

Thank you to the fantastic hosts, Michelle and Daniel, our stay was amazing. The room was spotless and well supplied with everything we needed. It is good to know that there is a qualified EEN on site as well in case of accidents. The pool was the best, clean and a lot of fun. Thank you for being pet-friendly, I have never been able to take my pet with me on holidays before and it was fantastic. I know I'll be back and I highly recommend the Inn to everyone.

Located just outside of Bourke, in North Bourke. Very beautiful accomodation. The hosts are very friendly. Having stayed in a series of motels, it was finally nice to stay in a very premium, what felt like luxurious accomodation. The bathroom had a french provincial feel. The King suite spa is very spacious and the room includes a microwave, coffee pod system and a kettle. Loses 1 rating becuase it was very difficult to communicate with the hosts to make a booking. I tried to make my initial reservation in September and only got word that it was finalised 2 days before our arrival after numerous phone calls and emails. Also weak wifi signal.

The location is very nice, right on the river & the is quiet. Unfortunately the sheets hadnt been changed since the last guest, the pillows were large & hard, stuffed into too small covers, making them harder. The room was moderately clean but with blown or missing lightbulbs & the 'rustic' furniture was just shabby. Stained carpet. Management was diffucult to communicate with. The husband of the team openly hostile. The gardens are lovely though & parking very easy.
If a comfortable nights sleep in a clean place is important to you drive on.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We have just completed a road trip in North Western NSW and this was the best accommodation we'd stayed at. After driving over the bridge to North Bourke, you enter through a gorgeous arbour to the most pretty gardens you could see. We stayed in one of the classy cottages which each have a wrap around verandah complete with seating so you can choose which ever side to relax to suit the weather. Inside is tastefully decorated in true country charm. The pool is lovely and the whole area is inviting with a big table and bbq. We decided to use this on a perfect evening and were supplied with everything we needed {apart from food} to enjoy this experience. There's fairy lights and a dreamy swing suspended from the gum tree to complete the memorable evening. Many thanks to the thoughtful Hosts. We will definitely return.

What a gem. Clean, spacious rooms. Amenities were good. Quiet location but quite a way from the centre of town. Google almost took us down a closed road and disused bridge to get there so just be careful of that.

Reception staff were good and stayed open until after we checked in.
