The Xcel Center is 7.4 miles from the Holiday Inn Express. It is a straight shot north on Hwy 52 to 94 West to Marion Street. It'll take about ten minutes. I am not sure what a cab would cost but parking would be anywhere from $10-$20. This Holiday Inn Express is a great location to get to many places in the Twin Cities.
