Price was right for our fishing shack for the 3 of us for an ice fishing weekend. I know they can't control the fishing and my complaints aren't about that. Our shack was pretty old and falling apart. Snow and ice build up on the door made it so we had to slam the door shut to get it to...

I can't say enough about the staff and experience me and my 8 fellow fisherman had when visiting the Twin Pines resort, but I can sure as heck try! Let me first set the stage. 9 guys from Texas, Denver, and a few local Minnesotans decide to brave the winter cold and hole up for some ice fishing for the...

Could almost be better than the smallmouth fishing in Mille Lacs! Outstanding breakfast - corn beef hash and Swiss cheese omelette! WOW - and Sharon and the entire staff is just as good - can't wait for a return visit - next time fishing and food only!

We stopped here after a fishing tour on the lake. A few helpful hints: ask to take a shot out of the albino squirrel, take lots of photos, and then take the Grand Casino shuttle that stops right at the restaurant.

Great overnight stay at Twin Pines! We had a cool cabin to stay in, the food was wonderful, and the owner and staff we very friendly! Took a 4 hour launch on Lake Mille Lacs and had great time, caught a lot of fish. Would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed one night in Room 25 overlooking Lake Mille Lacs. The view was fantastic. The room was average. The staff was usually too busy to provide help without a wait. In fact, I almost left due to having to wait to check in. I was also a bit shocked that they had a sign that said, "We are in...

Breakfast, lunch or dinner Twin Pines has good food for a hearty appetite. You can also go out on a chartered fishing trip on Lake Milke Lacs. The omelet selections are special to here as well as the usual fare. I had the bacon cheeseburger today, yummy!

Ate breakfast here for the first time this season. My favorite is #5. I always ask for the corned beef hash to be crisped up before they place it in the omelette. Delicious. Check out the other breakfast offerings. Coffee is always served in a pot. Very good and I'll return several times this season!

Definitely coming back! We did the fish eat sleep package. Arrived Sunday at 4pm. We were warmly greeted and shown to a very large room with a beautiful view. The room has a fireplace but we couldn't figure out how to use it and we were too tired from fishing to ask. The room had a stove and fridge but...

I may be biased but I think the Twin Pines has the best breakfast in the Mille Lacs lake area. All of the staff know me and my usual. I always have the breakfast sandwich. I have it "Ann" style. Martin is the best cook!! No offense Bill and Linda! We have "our" table. Right in front of the large...
